Well, I won't be ashamed to say that Dr. Mcninja is my favourite comic, printed or online.

If you like hasting's writing and marvel comics, you should check his officially published deadpool comics too. They're also ridiculously awesome.

And hastings also write Galaga for Shifty look.

It was only a flashback. Darn. I was hoping for a full story arc telling Radical's story, the war against Sparklelord, and how he ended up in the McNinjaverse to begin with.

It would have been difficult to do well – watching Jerk No. 1 fighting Jerk No. 2 for a whole story arc would get old without anyone to sympathise with, particularly since we already know that Jerk No. 1's going to win.

Scrooge McDuck; vb. to cause either oneself or another to plunge into a pool of monetary wealth. Generally refers to paper money, though occasionally used referring to coinage or gold, no matter how painful it would be to attempt to do so. Frequently followed by attempts to swim in aforementioned wealth.

There it is. It is now within my dictionary forever.

The issue with having a full story arc in Radical Land is the same issue that forms the basis of the conflict between Radical and Doc: the only moral scale in the Radical Lands is "Radness", conforming to a particular aesthetic ideal. Not only does this get tiresome after a while, even for people with enormous amounts of 80's nostalgia, but it makes it hard to sympathize with the people who hold this worldview that Radness is more important than life, liberty, or the pursuit of crap to clutter up our attics.

People keep assuming that, but it isn't necessarily true. It's perfectly possible that people in the Radical lands can be perfectly good and moral...except the guys in charge are all jerks.

For that matter, are we certain Radical himself was always this way? He was definitely a speciesist (at least towards horses), but if he was originally at least halfway decent, and only became the amoral rad-obsessed would-be genocideer as a result of the war against Sparklelord and his long exile in Doc's world, it could make him back into a 3-dimensional character.

So the Radical Land is fundamentally just like our world/Doc's world. Although Doc's POTUS seems a bit more awesome than most of ours...

I'm not so much saying that King Rad is a two-dimensional character (I'd have to ignore all his previous arcs) as that he's a villain who's hard to sympathize with when you're looking at his actual thought process instead of the results of his actions, if that makes sense. He's not two-dimensionally evil, he's two-dimensionally Rad, and most of us aren't socialized to think of things in Rad vs. Not Rad, but rather Good vs. Evil or maybe Practical vs. Impractical.

Well hes not two dimensional because two dimensions requires no backing:

"I want to destroy the world!"

    Why?

    "Cause Im evil!"

Rad HAS the backstory and explanation. Hes just a jerk.

Also I came up with this:

    Scrooge McDUNKING!

Because of the Radical Land's actions. You can't really claim a group is a particular way by nature when you invade and twist them to your own desires(at least physically).

Radical is two dimensional. But he's acknowledged as two dimensional. The fact that he's two dimensional is what makes him the villain here. Most importantly, he's two dimensional in a very interesting way.

No, that makes sense. Rad is the inverse of square, so rather than being 2 dimensional squared, he's the root of 2-dimensional.

The guy must be a superhero/vampire/whatever. That is how he knows Doc.

The bigger question is why that vault has a door in the ceiling. (And if it's not supposed to, why is there a ladder leading up to it?)
