So, we can now guess how Ishin and Ryuken got to know each other, and the last page should be a prelude to some revelations toward that inner hollow stuff, which had not been done until now. If handled well, that could give a couple of nice chapters.

Plot threads resolving, no complaints here. And also screen time for Uryuu's dad. Maybe they'll reveal Uryuu's mom too. What I'm really curious about is whether the Kurosaki and Ishida families have any connection to or know anything at all about Juha Bach's gang.

Nope. Hat & Clogs did it faster. And the method Ichigo used was invented by him.

Thought it took him less time, because the execution date was changed again. It took Urahara 3 days, but Ichigo had his by the third day (at noon).

But I haven't read the chapter recently so I dunno.

Also, good chapter, liking the link to inner hollow/guardian form. And yes, Ichigo's fullbring DID have his sword attached to him before it was fully completed, it was after it was completed it was no longer attached.

But at the time we (and by that I mean I) thought it had to do with his Zanpaktou being attached to his arm after his Jinzen training.

kind of assumed it was either the translator being cheeky, or some play on language that doesn't translate.

The mangastream translation has it as: "It's hard for me to water the plants if others are watching." Still cheeky, but it references his earlier lame of excuse of being there because he was looking for a place to pee, and from the context it's still pretty obvious that he's telling them to leave for their safety.

I... I know, that was the punchline. Although as I was looking them up, I was hoping one of them was filler, so that I would have cut down the list by a whopping one person. But yeah, Kubo just likes having lots of mannequins to put clothing on.

Chad was somewhat relevant, though. He saved Karin and Rukia from hollows (a flying one and the one with explosive bugs, I think, I don't really remember), and helped Ichigo figure out how to use his fullbring.

Sure, he's still a minor protagonist character, but he had his uses.
