Koro growls and tries to push Koju away with his paw. That's not for you. That's just what he needs, someone else interested in his gold. Speaking of gold, the beargon's eyes follow the bag Ilpholin is holding. He makes bear noises, he wants it, but he's not happy about this situation still.

Sis flops on her belly and puts her head on her paws. She likes making the green breath! Hmph.

Forest

*plaintive bear noises* Daddy is being mean to me!

*angry bear noises* Stop being mean to our cub, you jackass!

"Ilphy, do you think we can manage a whole beargon family?" Darcy asks.

Forest

"Sure. AMEN will we-" Hmm... saying weed out the weak ones and leave the strong ones might not be a tactful thing to say in front of intelligent bears.

"-eeelcome them with open arms. Won't be able to take them to Watch first though. Think they have gold ADD." Ilpholin says taking a few coins out and tossing them to Koro and Koju.

"Alright Berenstain Bears. Follow me." Ilpholin says, turning to walk a few paces, though not too far without checking to see if the bear family is following.

On The Ice to Main Cabin

Copi will open the door for the swamp goblin when they get to the main Cabin, but will stay quiet otherwise.

Sis gets to her feet and looks up at Mommy. Are they following Daddy?

Main Cabin

Myrim's partially in shock, so it hasn't sunk in how close to death she was. Another part of it is that she's had quite a hard life; 'pet' of a City Elf, not slave. She was treated like the favourite dog of somebody who doesn't know how to look after a dog- carried around everywhere, rarely exercised, fed all the wrong things, and so on, whilst simultaneously knowing that every other slave in the household envies her lack of work, not realising it's led to great boredom, malnutrition, painfully dry skin and obesity. The latter's not too noticeable as goblins aren't built like we are and lack the sub-dermal fat deposits.

"Thank you. And no, I'm not. I live in the lake; I don't have anywhere else to sleep." When she gets in, she'll try to find a towel or something to help her dry her skin. Not too thoroughly, though; she needs moist skin. She's very delicate around the feathery gill structures protruding from her neck, too (they're more like those of an axolotl than a fish).

"I'm sure someone can find a room in a cabin for you or something, and there's this big with clothes here. They told me anyone who needs clothes can take what they need." It's where she got her winter clothing in fact.

"Part of the issue is to determine a way to make you comfortable and warm while meeting certain odd requirements that your amphibious nature causes. Some room with an attached bathroom, at the least, would be necessary. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the precise details of the various cabins and rooms, and am not technically a member here as of yet." You should probably do that, Copi. That's kind of important.

[Main Cabin]

After a bit of searching and maybe a little bit of modifying Yuki picks out some clothing that fits her. A pair of flannel lined jeans that are a bit to big, but are held up with the help of a old leather belt. A heavy red and white checkered sweater and a wool jacket that was made for someone with wings are also added to her wardrobe. A pair of short brown leather boots and some heavy wool socks finish off her outfit.

"I knew you'd find something you'd like," Sophie says. "This should suffice for the time being."

Main Cabin

"Oh, I don't want to scrounge. GLoG has been really kind to me, and I don't want to be a useless pair of hands clogging up a room in a cabin. That's why I dug a burrow in the lake. I wasn't expecting it to freeze." Myrim's from a hunter-gatherer society originally, so she's been taught how to catch fish and weave clothing. She should probably sleep in a bath, though.

[Kitchen]

Claire smiles at Hadrian. "What flavor of Ice c-c-c-cream do you want?" She slaps her self mentally and says, "I'm sorry, C-c-can you talk?"

Hadrian just looks at a chair. He either can't or won't talk.

"Ah, hello." Quinn sounds just a little hesitant, but presses on. "I need help removing a nanite infestation from someone."

[Med Lab]

"A potentialdesigned naniteto infestationattack that'scomputers not people... I think." Reinholdt says flickering five feet to the left and few seconds into the past as there's briefly two of them before the other disappears.

[Med Lab]

There is a slight pause while METIS tries to figure out what's happening with Reinholdt. Then the words rearrange themselves.
Options:

1. Teleport objects out of body.
2. Apply precise energy to destroy objects in body.
3. Induce body to reject objects.

Marty just frowns at Vidalia laughing at him. When she touches his face he shivers a bit. He hadn't had much contact with people since MURDER. He takes off his gloves slowly, a little hesitant. Um....it....I d-don't think y-you're cruel....or v-vidictive...or....a-anything l-like that....Vidalia. I accidentally h-hurt y-your onion....y-you
have every r-right t-to be upset. Um....in t-truth...This is m-my l-last place to go.....I thought I'd m-meet w-with y-you again....d-do y-you mimd?

Vidalia just shakes her head slightly. Poor man, let him keep his delusions. No, I don't mind. she walks over to her bed and sits down. What would you like to talk about?

There is a comfy chair or a loveseat to sit on. Of course, he could always be daring, and sit on her bed, next to her.

"He's really shy with people," Jamie says apologetically, pulling out chairs for everyone.

Quinn turns her attention to Reinholdt.
"I think '3' might be best, don't you?"

Claire keeps scooping the ice cream, giving Hadrian vanilla. "You might n-n-not believe this, b-b-b-but I was shy once."

"Er, yes. Option three sounds most reasonable.". Reinholdt agrees with Quinn. For once.

In which case Ilpholin leads the group back to AMEN.

The other two options blink out, then the third option turns into new words. Identify the patient.

Hadrian runs his hand over the seat of the chair, seemingly fascinated by the texture.

"Well, since it is frozen, you should really think about staying in a cabin. I'm sure there's plenty of room. They took me in no problem when I needed it." Kitty says.

"Well, one way or the other we will have to ask someone in charge," Copi says. "and unfortunately I have yet to find a reliable method for finding such people."

Main Cabin

"Yes, I suppose a cabin would be good. One with a nice big porcelain pool." Myrim means a bath, but soap isn't too good for her skin and a bath in the swamps she used to call home involved finding some mud, getting covered in it, and lying still until it dried before cracking it off. Parasites and dirt usually went with the mud.

"I knew you'd find something you'd like," Sophie says. "This should suffice for the time being."

Yuki carefully folds and puts her old white robe on the bed she has been staying in. "These are great, thank you. Do you still want to head out into the woods?" The prospect of trekking out through the snow seems better with boots.

Reinholdt is ohhhhh so tempted to blurt out Quinn's name just to see what would happen. Miraculously he restrains himself and replies, "That would be me."

"There's got to be someone around. Want to go look now?" The last is directed at Myrim. Kitty will leave it up to her what they do.

Main Entrance

Aiden, a normal human in a long coat and jeans, is heading up the path to GLoG. Despite the coat, he's obviously pretty cold. He doesn't seem to be carrying much on him besides a messenger bag that carries a couple of journals.

Jamie smiles, accepting a bowl of ice cream.


The chair is unavailable for comment on the heavy petting it's receiving.

Claire hands Hadrien his ice cream. "All it t-t-took was someone b-b-believing in m-m-me and some perseverance for me to c-c-come out of my shell."

Andy looks around the room. He tries to find some of the other council members. Hopefully one will show up or so.

Commencing full body scan. Three holographic images appear in the middle of the room. The one on the left is the saved picture of Rein's brain from the last time METIS removed something of his head. The middle one is the slowly processing results from the full body scan, which will take quite some time to complete. The one on the right is the same as the first one, but with sections of the frontal lobe missing. Do not leave the building for... 30 minutes.

After a few seconds, Hadrian becomes aware of the bowl and takes it. I think there's something more than shyness at work here.

Andy looks around the room. He tries to find some of the other council members. Hopefully one will show up or so.

As it happens, Reelshka strolls into the Main Room, carrying a sketchbook and with a pencil stuck behind her ear.

Krystal will lead the Lady to the Entrance and back towards Inside. To find her a new place to live!

"You OK?" Jamie whispers quietly. She gets worried about Hadrian's quietness sometimes.

"Well, this is going to be fun," Quinn observes with a yawn, leaning against the wall. "Got cards for a game of Go Fish?"

I remember Metis scanning him before, but for what I can't remember.

"Oh hell Quinn. I'm having trouble staying in one spot for two minutes, let alone thirty." And for once, it's not his Treasure Hunting ADD that's at fault. Well... directly anyways.
