Reinholdt undeadtimes and resumes looking through the base (obviously to analyze structural weaknesses). At one point in his journey he seems to teleport ahead of himself several feet in a sort of blink maneuver, but doesn't seem to notice. Quite odd really.

A) His technique is slow and steady, taking several seconds for each shot. Rein may not be able to tell, but he's shooting in between his heartbeats. As for aim, it's really good: he has a 1 inch grouping of eight shots, which is just a single hole in the center of his target.
B) Shortly after Rein walks in, the sniper holds up a finger to say he'll be with him in a minute. Never looking up from the scope, he returns his hand to the rifle, fires a shot, works the bolt, waits a few seconds, then fires a tenth shot before safing the weapon and standing up.
C) He is not using any of his powers at the moment.
