    I want undead standing around imitating famous statues in this moving fortress.

    Tangential question: How do you figure the carrying capacity of a mob of zombies? You know, so we can figure out how big this castle can be.

    Depending on how you look at the current votes, we either have an epic kitschy necromancer, or an epic kitschy compassionate paranoid necromancer. Personally the latter looks most interesting to me.

    Agreed. I said happy originally because "happy necromancer" is unusual...but I guess kitschy compassionate paranoid is better.

    Nice, though. I particularly like the idea of giving sentience to an undead AND taking away their movement at the same time.

    This spellbook needs an animated throne or palanquin of undead spell. Undead cabinetry or somesuch. Something like the Sedlec Ossuary
