Two years ago I was depressed and anxious all the time. I had lots of mental problems and I didn't know why. I was scared to come out to my family.
A year ago, my mom disowned me for being transgender.
Nine months ago, I started getting help with antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and hormones. Lots of different types of therapies.
Last night, an incredible lady took me as her +1 to a charity:water function at 23 Wall Street in New York City. I had never worn a dress before - never mind in public or at a high class, cocktail attire event.
I rocked it.

It wasn't meant to be part of the costume, no. I guess some things just decided my friend's dress-up birthday at the pub was the right time to spill over.

Philosophising by the local stream-river ("å") in the great shift of October:



The water was really low, creating the most tranquil, idyllic flow between these mossy stones...


Hugging the most John Bauer-y trees I've ever seen...

We got a beautiful frosty day in November, so I took my camera down to the local valley...




I was absolute enamoured by the frost crystals on this one:

The ice on this puddle was absolutely wonderous. I kept taking pictures until I ran out of battery (which of course happened just as I was starting to get a hang of the lighting and angles)!

I've also might've gotten more bird pictures than what's entirely healthy, but it's a bit late to sort them all out right now. Plus, I don't think everyone is as captivated by them as I am.
