Somebody particularly observant would notice a small pair of malevolent beady yellow eyes peeking up from over the edge of the pit. As soon as Roy turns to look, they dive beneath the pit edge once more.
But once his back his turned, they leap up from the pit and soar through the air. Entirely silent and yet inescapably deadly, the mischevious kobold dives down to attack the unsuspecting bald head beneath it...

Roy went from having his sword sheathed to suddenly swinging it overhead with a flash of light reflecting against his blade. The kobold realized too late his failure as he fell to the ground in twain. The multi-ocular monster that shan't be named also fell victim in one clean stroke!

An anvil suspended VERY HIGH from the ceiling by a rope is suddenly let loose! However...

Flump: *Climbing from the side of the pit* Excuse me good sir, but can I bother you to move to one side so I can get out from your direction?
: I suppose so. *Steps aside letting the flump climb out the pit. The good alligned monster heaved a heavy sigh when he spies a shadow on his location getting bigger as he looks up.

Just one more loot card remains in the room. But as stated, the turn is now over and it shall be Durkon's turn.

Finally free from his jellyed prison, Durkon scampers towards the beacon of hope he was originally attempting to reach when he was stranded: the Shrine of Thor.
Overcome by the holiness of this beautiful site, Durkon immediately drops to his knees and prays to his deity.

"I don't understand anything you just said, particularly the defence of goatees as a valid fashion choice. Hey, those wings are really cool. Are you half-bat? My friend V is half-camel. I know lots of half-animal people now, I guess! Hey, Durkon, come and share an ale with me and this nice half-bat lady I just met!"

Trading in Sabine and my other monster for a schtick, assuming noone does anything to scupper my plans.

Ok, first things first... Set-up.

Elan recovered from resting so he cured 1 Wound and had all of his shticks unflipped.

He cleverly won the "battle" against Sabine, gaining the monster card worth 2 exp. Sabine leaves behind 3 loot cards, mixed up with some of the others that were in the room before, for a total of 7 loot cards.
The Mug o' Ale loot goes over to Durkon.

Now...! Elan is trading in Sabine and the Lizard Guys monster cards to choose a Shtick card. As normal, he'll also have the ability to use Unwarranted Optimism to put a 2nd shtick card on top of the deck.

Belkar opens the door up to the now desolated room, finding himself face to face with an extremely frustrated cloaked goblin.

"Ugh, alright alright. 'The summoning room's empty, he says.' 'I want something better to watch than this same paladin yelling about bed tags on teevo', he says." The redcloaked goblin drops a metal stone onto the ground, says some words, and it begins to glow.

"Here, kill all humans in the courtyard, or room, or whatever this is. All part-humans too, start with that thing over there. I'm gonna go back and try to get peace and quiet." The magnesium elemental rises up from the ground and towers over the room, and the redcloaked goblin is left nowhere to be found.
