Hey there everyone,

Been wandering about the threads for years and finally decided to make a account. I mainly DM in RL and found this may be the only way to just be a rper. Might Possible DM online but I have never done so before so any tips would be appreciative.

Anyways a little about me:

• I love to read (most i think on here do to :P ), mainly fantasy and an form of history/religion.
• I have DM for the last 5 years though I have been a fan of DnD for a decade
• I love to homebrew my own worlds/campaigns.
• I am a musician and enjoy incorporating music into my games (mainly as background music and such)
• Also I am a horrible speller and a writer in development so please be kind and let me know if I make any mistakes. Its the only wy I am going to learn how to write better.

Greetings and salutations. I am a long-time gamer (circa Empire of the Petal Throne), and have been DMing for several years. Being old-school, I am more of a RP-centered player than an optimizer, but I can honestly go either way.
I'm not going to say my knowledge of 3.5 and prior is encyclopedic, but I can rattle off most rules without prompting.
Currently running a campaign for my kids and kids of my friends, and may well ask the community for inspiration/ideas periodically to help develop my world.

I have followed OOTS comics for a while already, yet never posted on the forum til now. I am sure I will have a great time here.

I believe I am a kind of follower of aD&D based novels and system, even though I finished roleplaying while in 2nd edition! therefore, even though I understand most of the jokes on the comic, some parts of it (and forum topics) go beyond my knowledge. If at any point a post of mine does not make sense on that matter. please let me know :)

I'm a 33 year old Norwegian who have played RPG's for 20 years now. I've played, DM'd, GM'd, ST'd, RM'd etc. I've powergamed, munchkined, RP'd, ruleslawyered, ruled countries, written songs, killed armies, argued with demons and been slain by goblins. I've had much fun, and plan on having more fun.
