The Emperor was pleased, negotiations were in place to establish the Kingdom of Austria-Hungary-Albania-Greece-Serbia with himself as monarch of all of them. Ottomans were approaching from the East but his military was more than enough to handle them. The Russians seemed to be building up their military along his borders but they hadn't attacked yet and recent border skirmishes with Germany would probably escalate and cause the Russian troops to move elsewhere. Things were looking good.

Constantinople was in an uproar. A great deal of concern was being raised over the presence of Turkish fleets in Greece. But the threat foremost on the agenda was the surprise Russian incursion into Armenia, threatening the heartland of the empire.

The resources acquired this year would allow for military buildup, but force alone would not solve these issues. Diplomacy with Turkey's neighbors would certainly be strained in the following months, but initial talks were going well. Official projections indicated little to no chance of an invasion by any foreign power into the heartland this year.

It has been brought to my attention that I made an error entering orders. The command from Austria was A Ser support A Bul Hold, whereas I rendered it as A Ser support A Bud to Rum. This had no affect on the outcome, but the order issued should be noted.

After looking over the issued orders again, I see that rweird is correct. Rumania bounces in Bulgaria and is then dislodged by Budapest. Unless I'm missing something else, the number of builds is unchanged, so we will continue with Spring 1903. I apologize for any confusion my mistake may have caused. On an unrelated note, the check mark in Moscow indicates that Russia deliberately passed one of his builds as oppose to simply failing to issue one.
