I'm getting somewhat canfused and agitated at all the fanart depicting Senketsu in a "happily ever after" scenario...

Also, short summary of the show. I feel like I already should watch it again...

edit: I think that should be a bit better(?)

Hello, new watcher of the show here!
Watching episode 9 as I type, actually.
I have to say, episode 3 is my favorite so far.

1/2way through episode 11 I think. The one where Mysterious Lady appears.

You've kind of reached the place where PLOT occurs. Trust me when I say it gets much, much better from here on in, but be aware that a couple of episodes are definite NSFW

...And it suddenly occurs to me that this thread contains a criminal lack of "I watch it for the plot" jokes.

Does anyone know if there are any good models for Kill La Kill? One of my friends claimed there is tons of merch. but my Google-Fu is weak. Any and all links are appreciated!

Because I felt like doing a Let's Watch.

I've reached Episode 12 in watching, but currently writing Episode 3.

Mainly because I spent yesterday watching it, playing Game Dev Tycoon and listening to the awesome soundtrack.

    Don't lose your way...

Much agreed sir. I don't watch it looking for a serous storyline I just sit there and laugh my a** off as no-star students get flung all over the place in an over-the-top melee. It's just good television.

That being said I am a little iffy on underage girls in their underwear, but I've come to expect that in anime and manga.

I just finished watching this on Canadian Netflix. I was skeptical at first, but it drew me in after two episodes.

    My only real complaint?
There was one exposition dump episode, and for the life of me I couldn't see why it had to be there. Why those details couldn't have come out in a more spread out fashion. And about 3-6 episodes later, I stopped caring about this complaint. That's it. That's literally it. Great show, fully recommend it.

I read on Wiki that there is an OVA/Episode 25 coming out soon. Thoughts?

But if the details had been spread out over more episodes, the other episodes wouldn't have been able to maintain such a breakneck pace! Come on, man, priorities!

For me, I guess the main thing was that a lot of elements straddled the line between absurdly awesome and absurdly eyeroll.

Don't forget the part where Satsuki sets her sights on a Poor Unsuspecting Male Beach-Goer (after being egged on to do so by a mischievous Ryuko, of course) and makes Azula in A:TLA's beach episode look like a subtle romantic by comparison.

Nah, Nonon will be the one to egg her on to do so, much to Gamagoori's disapproval.

Subplot-Something something nudist beach, something something what it truly means to be a naked nudist, shedding one's burdens and the restrictions of clothing, lack of inhibitions, something something exhibitionism.

Sequel Hook-We know that more life fibers could come from space and do bad things. Nudist Beach was created to fight off the initial invasion. Exhibition *blank* will be the new organization created to repell the impending Life Fiber invasion round 2.
