Request an OotS Style Avatar XV

I'm a little new to this...I suppose I'd like to put my request out there. I'm not sure if there's a specific format I need to follow, but here's the person I had in mind:

Male human, tanned skin but not too dark, dark brown shoulder-length hair (no facial hair), wearing a dark green tunic, brown pants, a black sash for a belt, goes barefoot, wears dark gray bracers, a pointed straw hat with a green crystal stuck on it like a miner's headlamp, and carries a two-handed warhammer, a black iron head balanced by a curving spike. I'm thinking this expression:

As to the pose, I'm looking for somewhat of a horse stance, knees bent, with the hammer held at a low slant with both hands, pointing towards the ground. I'm sorry if my list is a little too extensive, but I try to work things down to the details. He is intended to be the earthbender in the story in my signature, if that helps any.

Actually, that looks excellent, except for a couple things. First, the hat could use a little work. The crystal is good, but I think the rim isn't supposed to be quite that flattened. More of an curving cone kind of thing, I guess. And now that I see it, I think the tunic might do better with a line running down it to indicate it's the wrap-around kind of clothes, tied with the sash. Other than that, perfect. I don't think I need to wait for another artist. Unless you're convinced that I should, but I don't see why you should be.

Tunic changes look good. Now that I think of it, the hammer wasn't meant to be quite so long. It looks a little too much like a polearm. If you could just cut it down a little bit, that would be good. As to the hat, think Cho from No Need For Bushido. That's the kind I'm thinking about, not the straw hat you might think of from America. I do like that you can see the eyebrows, though, try and keep that aspect.

The hammer looks good now, but the hat seems to have become flattened where I meant it to be pointed. If there's a way to do that and keep the avatar within the space allowed, that could complete the image. That's the only thing left. I really appreciate you putting up with my endless picking at details, by the way.

What I mean is, if you would lower the height of the triangle, and widen the angle so that it connects with the edges, and work it so the rim doesn't hang down, that's the kind I mean. The image really says it better than my description.

@ninja Chocobo: Thats fine, You can't draw a chocobo and you know that, and because you know that you aren't going to try and give anyone a chocobo avatar. But what about the people who do lots of avatars for people, of all different types but still won't make one for themselves, people Who even though there are better programs out there, still use programs that aren't vector, and then expect people to use there avatars
I feel really sorry for the people who ask for a avatar and then get a pixelated image that no one would want, and then there too nice to say I was looking for something made in illustrator or inkscape or any of the other great programs out there.

and when It was done I couldn't help but think Man, I draw one

So I did this


oyu can use either one or it you want Some (or alot for that matter) changes done just ask.

Um, the easier way is to right-click the image and say 'View Image', then copy the url that it gives you.

Regardless of how much I like my Neopets Quiggle avatar, I think it's about time I got an OOTS-style one.

If someone would be so kind, I'd like to request an OOTS-style avatar of one of my custom races, the soulstitched.

Race: Soulstitched
Gender: Male
Equipment: Nothing but a pair of brown trousers that go down to his ankles (held up by simple brown belt of darker brown color), bare feet are visible.
Physical Description: There's a picture on the soulstitched page, and that's something of what I'm looking for. Thin and scrawny, with lighter skin (except for a few patches that are darker), and stitches run throughout his body. Hair is untidy dark brown color, and eyes are two different colors; green and gold. The left golden eye is slightly larger than the green one.
Pose: Like in the picture, him holding his own left arm, however the facial expression is different, more of a smirk. His left leg is slightly longer than his right one, giving him a but of a hunch.
Class: He's a sorcerer, but he's not doing anything particularly sorcerer-ry.

Thank you to whoever decides to pick this project up

@ the gremlin, That would be easier But alot Of avatarists Delete the pictures off of there Hosted albums and When the do that if you didn't create a copy on your own Image hosting account the your avatar disappears.

Along with the sentiments of Lappy9000, I really do enjoy my Achmed avatar, however, I was just thinking that I really did want an OOTS style avatar a bit more.

Here's the lowdown:

It is a male human with short black hair, but his face is covered with a bandanna, wild west style. The bandanna is dark green.

He is wearing a black, sleeveless shirt and black pants (the pants billow out at the knee and gather at the calf), with a dark green sash at the waist that hangs down to the knee.

He has his right foot forward, and he has a pistol in his left hand that is up as if it has just been fired. His right hand is on the hilt of a short sword on his left hip. The sash is on his right side.

His pants are similar to Aladdin's, from the movie Aladdin, but I can't find a decent picture showing them. A thousand thanks to anyone who will do this for me, and I can compromise if my directions are somewhat impossible.
