    The leadership table for Celero is mostly correct: Rion goes by the title King. He is no longer the Crown Prince. His eldest son Grant is the current crown prince. Celero's custom for the heir is to style them as Crown Prince (or Crown Princess) much like France had used the title "Dauphin" for their heir to the throne.

    Aipiskaupus Thuidans Kaiser has used Faith 5, Curiosity 5 and Curiosity 10 as well as the Military 5 listed (though, Military 5s do not have a limit).

    Also, the links on the front page still link to the EMPIRE! VI thread things rather than EMPIRE! VII it seems. At least, technology and army/pop does.

    Laiks Riqis does not seem to have a religious head listed. It is still Bokareis Thuidans, as listed in my creation action.

    The trade tables still do not have subtitles for my resources, which may confuse people (unless they investigate my lands post). They are as follows:

    I think it's every 5 rounds. Morph gave the mechanics here along with the rolls, although the specific bonuses haven't been publicised.

    Indeed; assuming the statue is roughly cuboid in shape, by my estimate it would weigh somewhere in the region of 8 trillion metric tonnes. Which would probably massive enough to have a noticeable gravitational effect.

    This is the sort of stuff non-science me was wondering...

    That said, that kind of makes it awesome. If he built the whole of his country around that, it would be kinda radical. Everything there is slightly gravitated towards the statue? There's shaky grounds, maybe mini-faultlines? Lots of quakes, etc...

    I am, like, super late on this. But if you go to the Trades and Resources thread, there's the imports list in the OP under a spoiler which shows everything being imported to every region.

    It's not quite up-to-date, since Wombat has been doing selfish real-life stuff to do with getting married and employment or some nonsense like that, but it should be fairly easy to track trades after that in the trade update posts later in the thread.

    Though, the most out of date is likely the south. (also sam, note I canceled craftsmen for you since you've got inventors and stuff now )

    If someone would like to work on this project, I've not been able to since I hit a lurch with the southern trade area with the Priory trades, but since a lot of those trades have mainly been cancelled and/or reorganized, it's likely a lot more sound. That said, I don't quite remember when it was I last had it updated...i guess check the edit timestamp?

    Edit timestamp says 1st August, which suggests it was last updated for the end of Round 20.

    I can update the imports list, since I don't have anything better to do at the moment, but I don't want to commit to doing it indefinitely - since I'm hoping that in the nearish future I will have better things to do and I don't want to promise to take on something I might have to give up in a round or two.

    OK, here is the revised imports list. This is based on the assumption that the existing list was up-to-date for the end of Round 20 and that all the reported trades by me, Quinton and Burch were correct. I have also reordered the regions to (I think) their current owners or suzerains, as of the end of Round 22.

    Just a couple of queries that came up while I was doing it, all from Round 22:

    Guilder redirected a Mushrooms import to Rannara - no import of mushrooms for any Guilder region is currently listed.
    Guilder redirected a Berundas import to Maos - no import of berundas for any region is currently listed and as far as I'm aware berundas have never been traded outside Raaneki regions anyway.
    Guilder redirected a Lacertals import to Sahra'a - Lacertals come from Sahra'a in the first place!
    Sympolemou gifted Screeching Crystals to Glazfell - Screeching Crystals are not currently listed as a Sympolemou resource (unless I misunderstood and it's a technology).

    The real problem was that in that list they weren't listed as a resource for anyone, although that's because the list was incomplete - it didn't have tunnel wolves for Aimplach either. It is fixed.

    If he's going after important/influential people, Marcus Augustine (Governor of Bordeux) might be a logical leap, since he lives a region over.

    @Aedilred: Solus is an actual part of Alydaxis (not a vassal) and has the resource "Kingbirds [Good]" (exported to Ashenia & Bordeux). Although, I think the two exports may be invalid, if I included them with the C5. I can look and confirm/deny later today. "Nix" is spelled "Nyx", and 71 is known as Malkavan. I also control 132, though I've not finished the write-up yet.

    The school is called International Game Architecture and Design (IGAD) and offers courses for Design & Production, Programming, Visual Art and Indie Game Development. I do D&P. Today we actually got thrown into the deep end and were told that we'll have six weeks time to hash out an alpha for a game of our creation with a group of roughly 10 people. We're with 11, but only 3 are programmers, who tend to be the base for any digital game creation, with the indie guys being more artsy, which is a bit annoying, but luckily we've got two experienced programmers and some very good artists.

    I'm very nervous, but also quite excited about it. I've ended up as Lead Designer, with one of the indie guys being Team Leader, who's supposed to be our connection to our supervisors/teachers. I originally wanted to go for that, but since the other guy really wanted as well and the other two designers came across as a little unassertive shall we say, it was a good compromise. Plus brainstorming and mindmapping with a whiteboard is pretty fun if you're the guy with the marker.

    From my understanding (Morph may correct me) duplicate food stacks don't count for population increase purposes, so if you possess something as a food resource importing more (or hoarding it) has no effect. Presumably the populace are well-fed, but get depressed at the sameyness of their diet with a corresponding rise in the suicide rate.

    Edit: I've also added Sorrcerousflux's and Sgt. Cookie's regions to the list; I don't think Aella has posted a region description yet?

    I was pretty surprised to hear King Rion of Celero's great-grandfather being Humperdink, while Humperdink's grandson Vizini is still a young bachelor and presumably Inigo (Vizini's father) was Humperdink's eldest son. Lots of daughters first, I suppose?

    And thanks! It should be, especially as we're making a puzzle platformer in which disease, colour and superpowers are core concepts. Puzzles aren't my strongest point, not even level design is even though I like it, so it's a challenge too in that it brings me out of my comfort zone. Games with more complex mechanics and narrative (my strong suits) will always come later, and at that point everyone will be more experienced so things go better and faster.

    If possible/allowed and my fellow teammates are cool with it, I could look into the possibility of opening up the alpha for playtesting by people on the Playground once we're halfway through.

    The fluff reasoning on it is that a variety of foods is a luxury, but also means the people are healthier. Eating the same thing over and over isn't as healthy as some good variety, even if the base food is decently healthy itself.

    Inigo's no spring chicken, though - he was romantically active at the Second Grand Ball, so he surely must be into at least his seventies by now.

    I may have made a mistake. Guilder's first ruler is the Great Grandfather of King Rion. Was that Tumberink? And if indeed I did make a mistake, then Rion is deaf and can't pronounce the names on his family tree anymore. Or senile. That could explain it as well.

    EDIT: Tumberink is the grandfather of Rion, not Humperdink. I did make an error, so I will edit the in-character thread.
