    1. Open picture in favorite image editing tool.
    2. Select mouth you wish to flip.
    3. Flip it vertically, i.e. along the horizontal axis. In Paint, this means going to the Image menu, selecting Flip/Rotate... and selecting "flip vertical"
    4. ???
    5. Profit.
