    Class Skills The sapphire eremite's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).

    Meldshaping: A sapphire eremite gains a limited ability to shape soulmelds, which are drawn from the soulborn soulemd list. You know and can shape any soulmeld from this list (but see Aligned Soulmelds below).

    The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a sapphire eremite soulmeld is 10 + number of points of essentia invested in the soulmeld + your Constitution modifier. Your meldshaper level is equal to your sapphire eremite level.

    A sapphire eremite can shape only a certain number of soulmelds per day. Your base daily allotment is given on the table. The maximum number of soulmelds that you can have shaped simultaneously is equal to your Constitution score minus ten or the number of soulmelds on the table, whichever is less.

    You also have access to a pool of essential, which can be invested into your soulmelds to increase their power. Your essentia pool's size is shown on the table. Your character level determines the maximum quantity of essentia that you can invest in any single soulmeld. As a swift action, you can reallocate your essentia investments in your soulmelds every round.

    Aligned Soulmelds: You cannot shape soulmelds with an alignment descriptor that does not match your own.

    Chakra Binds: You can bind your soulmelds to your chakras, granting you new power based on the soulmeld and the chakra chosen. Binding a soulmeld to a chakra closes the body slot associated with that chakra, so that you cannot also benefit from a magic item worn on the body slot associated with that chakra.

    The number of chakra binds that you can have active at any one time depends on your level. At first level, you can bind soulmelds to your hands, feet, and crown chakras. At fourth level, you can bind soulmelds to your arms, brow, and shoulder chakras. At seventh level, you can bind soulmelds to your throat and waist chakras. At ninth level, you can bind soulmelds to your heart and soul chakras.

    Monk Abilities: Levels in sapphire eremite stack with monk levels for the purposes of determining unarmed strike damage and flurry of blows progression. Further, taking levels in sapphire eremite does not prevent you from gaining further levels in the monk class.

    Sapphire Strike (Su): At second level, a sapphire eremite's unity with incarnum is just beginning. If he has a soulmeld bound to his hands chakra, he gains an insight bonus to attack and damage rolls dealt with his unarmed strike or special monk weapons equal to the amount of essentia invested in the soulmeld.

    Sapphire Mind (Su): At third level, a sapphire eremite furthers his comprehension of incarnum and how it interacts with all things. As long as he has a soulmeld bound to his crown chakra, the sapphire eremite gains a bonus on saving throws to resist mind-affecting effects equal to the essentia invested in the soulmeld.

    Sapphire Stride (Su): At fifth level, a sapphire eremite comprehends how to utilize incarnum to speed his own progress, both down the path to enlightenment and across the earth. A sapphire eremite can invest essentia in this class ability as if it were a soulmeld. If he does, he gains a 10-foot insight bonus to all forms of movement available to him for each point of essentia invested in this ability.

    Timeless Body (Ex): At sixth level, a sapphire eremite's body becomes so in tune with the powers of incarnum that he no longer physically ages. He no longer takes penalties to his ability scores for aging and cannot be magically aged. Any such penalties that he has already taken, however, remain in place. Bonuses still accrue, and the monk still dies of old age when his time is up.

    Sapphire Form (Su): At eighth level, a sapphire eremite's body can draw upon the energies of incarnum to fortify itself in combat. A sapphire eremite can invest essentia in this class ability as if it were a soulmeld. If he does, he gains fast healing equal to the amount of essentia invested in this ability. If he has a soulmeld bound to his soul chakra, he also gains a ddoge bonus to AC equal to the amount of essentia invested.

    One With All (Su): At tenth level, a sapphire eremite can become a creature of near-pure incarnum. Once per day and activated as a full round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, he may reshape and rebind one soulmeld per chakra available (even if this would surpass his normal maximum). These soulmelds are considered to have maximum essentia invested in them. This transformation lasts for a number of rounds equal to the sapphire eremite's Wisdom modifier, after which he is exhausted for the rest of the day. Immunity to exhaustion cannot prevent this exhaustion.

    Nice. I like it. There wasn't that much support for monks with Incarnum and this fits the bill pretty well.
