This is a bit embarrassing but I imagined the whole thing sounding a lot more cataclysmally funny than it seems to be. I just imagined the occasional bluff check made by Durkon and Roy for continuing to use the buff long afterwards even in situations where it would be considered "bad form" to discuss it.

* After streaking for this long, you get a permanent bonus to cold damage resistance.
* A bonus to all grapple attacks inverse to the opponents will save.
* Perform: flute, if you get what I mean.
* And then a ton of bonuses for bluff, move silently, move loudly and interrupt football games.

Might as well give a go at a +0 build allowing for a more up-close-and-personal (oh my!) bard that can function nude. Actually does pretty swell at melee and has fun flavor value, but the anti-synergy probably makes it appropriate. For comedy campaigns only!

NOTE: Nudity varies from race to race, but the key is that the Streaking Minstrel believes himself to be nude. In humanoids, this means not having any sort of torso-slot item. Most other magic items can be worn with no trouble.

Singing In The Shower: A Streaking Minstrel's levels in this prestige class stack with their bard levels with regards to bardic music.

Gossip Master: A Streaking Minstrel's levels in this prestige class stack with their bard levels with regards to bardic knowledge.

Untouchable Aura (Su): At will, a nude, conscious Streaking Minstrel may use their nudity to make enemies uncomfortable. At the Streaking Minstrel's discretion, a creature attempting to touch the Streaking Minstrel must succeed on a Will save (DC = 10 + 1/2 HD + CHA mod) or have a penalty to to-hit, damage, and grapple checks against the Streaking Minstrel equal to his class level, with a duration of (his class level) rounds. Creatures of the same kind as the Streaking Minstrel have a -4 penalty on their save, and creatures who do not share a type or subtype with the Streaking Minstrel have a +4 bonus on their save. A creature that succeeds on their save against a Streaking Minstrel's Untouchable Aura is immune to that Streaking Minstrel's Untouchable Aura for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting fear effect.

Mesmerizing Nudity (Su): A nude Streaking Minstrel of second level or higher may use his bardic Fascinate ability without using one of his bardic music uses by accepting a penalty equal to six minus his Streaking Minstrel class level to the DC of the save.

Always Comfortable (Ex): A nude Streaking Minstrel of second level or higher is nearly impervious to the caprices of a hostile environment, as if protected by an Endure Elements spell.

Flight of the Streaker (Ex): A nude Streaking Minstrel of third level or higher has a 10' morale bonus to any inherent movement speed he possesses.

Glistening Skin (Su): A nude Streaking Minstrel of fourth level or higher has a deflection bonus to his AC equal to his Charisma modifier, and Damage Reduction/-- equal to half his Charisma modifier (minimum zero), up to his class level.

Overwhelming Beauty (Sp): By expending one of his daily uses of bardic music, a Streaking Minstrel of fifth level may invoke an aura akin to Antipathy or Sympathy about himself, with a duration of (his Charisma modifier) minutes. He may only have one of these abilities active at a time, and any creature with a very compelling reason to avoid the Streaking Minstrel is immune to the Sympathy aura. Save DC as Untouchable Aura.
