No. While the bonuses are untyped, they come from the same source (the maneuver). Untyped bonuses do not stack if they come from the same source.

Yes. Taking a 5 ft step only prevents you from taking other movement. It does not prevent you from taking move actions, if they are not movement. Teleportation is not movement.

Full Attack Telekinesis is an Extraordinary ability. Extraordinary abilities either take no action (if they happen automatically in a reactive fashion), or are standard actions unless otherwise noted. Full Attack Telekinesis notes otherwise by specifying a full attack, which is a full-round action.

I believe Rules Compendium clarified miss chances (except for special cases like Blink) so that they do not stack; only make one roll at the highest value.

The damage from the feat Power Attack says that it adds a bonus "to all melee damage rolls." Does this mean that the damage from the feat is coming from the weapon (or weapons) being used during the feat?

Perhaps more specifically: is damage from Power Attack to be treated as weapon damage?

It's coming from the character, not the weapon they wield. Power Attack is limited by the character's BAB, while it is independent of the weapon's damage.

The damage from Power Attack should be considered the same damage type as that dealt by whatever weapon or weapons the character is attacking with (slashing, etc.) as well as inheriting the special material and magical qualities of the weapon (if any), since it is a bonus that directly increases the damage dealt by a character's melee attacks.

The term "attack action" is never defined in D&D. One possibility is a standard action attack. The Shadow Sun Ninja's Touch of the Shadow Sun is a standard action (touch) attack, and thus usable with Spring Attack.

Hi there, I have a few questions about the warlock class, which could be resumed with:
If a hasted lvl 15 warlock maximizes his vitriolic glaive to full attack a creature with spell resistance and inmunity to acid, what happens?

For the sake of comprehension I will divide it in several questions:

    Q241
Do you get an extra attack with the eldritch glaive blast shape invocation when you are hasted (thus making 4 attacks at lvl15)?

    Q242
If you hit a creature inmune to acid with the vitriolic blast essence invocation would it still take damage?

    Q243
If the answer to question 242 is afirmative, would spell resistance now apply?

    Q244
If you maximize your eldritch blast when using your eldritch glaive, are all the attacks you make with the glaive that assault maximized (including AoOs)?

Vitriolic Blast changes the damage to acid, so yes, an acid-immune target would then be immune to the damage.

    A 243:

Spell Resistance does not apply to a vitriolic blast, regardless of whether the creature is immune to acid or not (though it becomes a moot point if the creature is, since it won't be hurt anyway).

What are the differences between natural attacks and natural weapons? Is a natural attack simply an attack with a part of a creatures body that is considered a weapon?

    Q 246

Does any character with 2 natural weapons qualify for Multiattack because he also has an unarmed strike, which is a natural weapon? What about a character with 1 natural weapon and BAB 6+?

The most obvious difference is that natural weapon is a defined term while natural attack is only "defined" in context.
Natural Weapons: In general, a creature attacks once with each natural weapon it has. For most monsters, that will be two claws and a bite (or the other way around). Decide which of the monster’s natural weapons is its primary weapon. A monster many have two or more primary weapons if it has two or more of the same natural attack—for example, a treant attacks with two slams, one for each limb, and both are primary natural weapons.

Primary weapons use a creature’s full attack bonus, no matter how many primary weapons it has. The monster applies its full Strength bonus on damage rolls with its primary natural weapons, or 1-1/2 times its Strength bonus if the monster has only one primary natural weapon (for example, a wolf ’s bite).

All other natural weapons are secondary attacks. Reduce the creature’s attack bonus by 5 for all such attacks, no matter how many there are. Creatures with the Multiattack feat take only a –2 penalty on secondary attacks. A monster applies 1/2 its Strength bonus on damage rolls with its secondary natural weapons.
From this we can infer that a natural attack means an attack with a natural weapon using the primary/secondary attack rules ("In general, a creature attacks once with each natural weapon it has"), and excluding iterative attacks.

    A 246 No, and no.

See above. Unarmed strike is a natural weapon which does not use the natural attack rules.

A 247 Probably, but ask your DM.

Silver Marches is a 3.0 sourcebook without a 3.5 update. (Some of the content of the book appears in a 3.5 form in Player's Guide to Faerûn, but the Peerless Archer is not included.) Accordingly, your individual DM will have to determine if any minor adjustments are required for this class in their game. From page 4 of the 3.5 Dungeon Master's Guide:
This is an upgrade of the d20 System, not a new edition of the game. This revision is compatible with all existing products, and those products can be used with the revision with only minor adjustments.
The definition of flank supports this capability
    flank

To be directly on the other side of a character who is being threatened by another character.
but the standard 3.5 definition of threaten does not.
    threaten

To be able to attack in melee without moving from your current space.
The Threaten class feature provides an exception to the normal rules in a D&D 3.0 game, but whether it does the same in a 3.5 game is a question for your DM.

Is there any restrictions on what you can do with a hand wearing a spiked gauntlet? Can you wield another weapon in that hand (or use it along with your other hand to wield a two-handed weapon), and if so, can you attack with the spiked gauntlet and other weapon in the same round?

    Q 249

If you are wielding a longbow, and wearing spiked gauntlets, are you considered to be threatening adjacent squares while using the bow for missile fire?

There are no explicit restrictions to the actions allowed while wearing a spiked gauntlet. However it is unclear whether you can remove one hand from a two handed weapon and putting it back as free actions. So ask your DM whether you can TWF with a two-handed weapon and a spiked gauntlet as you could with spiked armour.

    Yes.

Yes, but what about this rule:
If a warlock targets a creature with an eldritch essence blast that has immunity to the invocation’s effect, it still takes the damage from the blast normally (provided it isn’t also immune to the eldritch blast).
By the way guys, questions 241 and 244 remain unanswered.
