There are some errors.
The country name is Chivalric Republic of the United Free Cities, however to be written on Military Table [United Chivalric Republic]. Is this mistake or [abbreviated]? If the meaning is the same, probably it is ok.

Heroic Free Knights can fight in any environment. However, very memorable are their abilities in the most difficult of weather. Even if most armies become disorganized by mud and rain, or scared of thunder and lightning, a Free Knight will always do one's best. The summer rainy season and Fernbrake are not just examples. Of course history remembers defeat of Zuiguo in many summer battles. Of course such ability is trained skill and talent.

Some abbreviations are used to save space and make the tables neater, especially when names are quite long. If you have a preferred abbreviation I'm sure the table monkeys would be happy to take that into account.

Maybe my issue is I use creatures other than monkeys for tables.

There is a new bit about projects under "Actions", although perhaps the principle could do with a little clarification. Essentially projects have no mechanical consequence unless they form a prerequisite for something else (an agent or technology) in which case it is specified in that description. They are principally a fluff thing, to help characterize a region, describe new impressive developments and establish bragging rights.

Please distinguish between Curiosity Investigation little projects and other projects.
Originally to develop [curriculum] it seems to be Curiosity Investigation little project [Action], however it was explained it must be [Project].

As a general rule, only military technologies have slots, at least so far. This is because they are the only technologies which can be extensively stacked with each other, so there is no real need to apply the system outside a military context.

So Medicine, for instance, does not have a slot because it is not used in battle. I am not sure what the effects of Patriotism or Psychology are and maybe they will be assigned slots when they are added to the description table (which is in need of an update).

If the table were made sortable it would be possible to view all current technologies in a given slot easily.

Ah, I see. This is probably "D&D Level Syndrome" where a word with generic meaning is also used for something specific in the rules. Perhaps the sentence under Curiosity which refers to "investigating new ways to acquire or apply knowledge, doing little projects to fluff furthering the knowledge of your country, essentially furthering science in ways that don’t require the invention of new technologies" should be reworded.

There are no particularly hard and fast rules regarding the scale of a project: in general the more actions that go into it the more impressive it will be. Anything that is of nationwide significance will generally require at least a two-round project though.

The slots in use right now are not an exhaustive list of all possible types, nor are they intended to be: if someone comes up with something so different from anything currently in play that it doesn't fit in any of the existing categories then it would be assigned its own. If however you develop something which fits naturally in a particular slot it would go there.

If a technology has no military use, it does not require a slot.

Well it's largely up to you what you want it to be called in its shortened form. Or you could insist on the full name at all times (some real countries do) but that could be a bit cumbersome. Abbreviations which seem to have come up naturally include:

Chivalric Republic
United Free Cities
United Chivalric Republic
Republic of Free Cities

etc. Obviously the general idea is to make it distinctive from everywhere else, so inclusion of "Free Cities" or "Chivalric" is probably a good idea. If you have a preference then let it be known and it shall be used... Otherwise I suspect unofficial abbreviations may proliferate.

I think the Cataclysm being relatively minor in Way's writeup may owe to not wanting to claim the epicenter of all the destruction but if it's going to be processed on and worked out in a worldbuilding fashion allowing more input and thus involving more people and their consent to the story upping the "blast-radius" might make sense.

I also like the not-all Zuko as Cloudiz idea especially as it could make the fae/elves into some form of "Brightguard" and helps tie north and south histories together plus Fire Berapi as Fireguard makes sense and considering the wide range of fae types having the multiple races have representatives is a neat concept. I also like it being adopted by the various fae empires (as like Aed I do picture it as a roulette wheel of who's on first) with the Cloudiz claiming all the families at some point, the elf-fae doing the same, the Berapi doing the same, etc. but the original players of the Guards and the purest most true lines being members of the "appropriate" line and the others as just mixed blood descendants of those used to legitimize a line within the race that wanted to claim dominance be they Cloudiz, Elf, or Berapi.

To jump all the way back to this, after some thought; I've always wondered if ancient Gelderenes weren't part of the problem, perhaps stirring up too much magic in the world in general, which caused greater detonations/cataclysmic events. At the very least, they knew about the cataclysm happening, which is why they sailed away from the edge of the desert.

While Guilder does not have the most territory, its land currently extend about as far north and south as any single nation possibly could.

I would prefer that Guilder NOT blow itself up in a way large and total enough to be considered a cataclysm, because that would destroy two entire oceans.

Also, if Guilder gets wiped off the map, no one will know what the phrase 'you just did a Guilder' means anymore and that would be sad =(

I was never sure; I know that ancient Gelderenes had some form of advanced magic, which allowed the relatively weaker polity to survive in the vicious far east... I've never defined it well though; it was supposed to be next after the Sunset war, but, y'know.
