What are the rules for drinking?

So, say your party have had quite the enormous consumation of beer, ales, wine and mead, and they want to brawl. Do they get any penalties? Bonuses? And what about the following morning? Would they be having a hangover?
How do you guys rule it, and does the official rules even say anything about it?

There's something in PF.

I tend to use an easy approach (it happened just one time, so i decided on the fly). FOR Save or suffer a -1 to all Stats. Another ST (will) to avoid drinking again.

I just give everyone blur to the drunk and make natural 1's drunk critical fumbles. If something real happens, I assume adrenaline flushes you out after the surprise round.

Some alcohols, iirc, had a DC (fortitude maybe?) to avoid taking penalties.

Yes they are in Arms and Equipment Guide, also city scape had a sidebar on Taverns which involved drinking games.
