The creative process of the Giant is one of nature's wonders. I would be greatly distraught if these wonderful looks into the mind of such a talented individual ceased.

These articles are great. it would be a great shame to see them go unfinished.78% of DM's started their first campaign in a tavern. If you're one of the 22% that didn't, copy and paste this into your signature.

For me the World building project was the thing that kept making me come back to check on the site, I'd read a comic if I didn't feel like rereading all of the articles, but The World building project was the thing that really cemented Giantitp as one of my regular comics.Groom to the Haberdasher's Daughter.

I registered for the forum for the sole purpose of adding my name to this list.
I really enjoy those articles and hope you find time to finish them, or at least continue your thoughts on world generation as a whole if you've discontinued work on this world.

The articles give wonderful insight into all the research you've got to make and wonderful ideas you've got to throw away to make a coherent world. Plus, I can't wait to see the final product!
(and on other note, I've actually started writing some fanfic in the setting. Loads of potential in it)Thog lift with knees, not back.
Being that the trap was sprung and Elan is accounted for, we can surmise that there are one or more ninjas in orbit of the throwing stars.

I've looked over them a couple of times, and I think it's a very interesting way of making a world. Even if it isn't one of his highest priorities, I would still be happy to see an update on it, even if it's only once in a while.Last edited by Ruduen; 2007-06-25 at 07:12 PM.

Rules that supersede Rule 0:
Rule -1: You're all there to have fun. The GM and the players should never do anything that would limit people's fun, for any in-game or real-life reason.
Rule -0.5 (corollary): That means that if someone's fun is getting in the way of other people's fun, that person needs to change how they're playing.

Re: The World Petition
59. Psychoticbarber
I've built a few worlds in my time (out of the leftovers from haircuts, of course), and these articles are things I wish I had seen much, much earlier. They inspired the campaign I am beginning hopefully in a couple weeks, and for this The Giant, I am grateful. I would love to see them finished, so I can point to them when people ask me "How do you DO something like that?"; so I can say "Do it like this: This is awesome."
