Hey people, I introduced a new character to HALO. She inadvertently broke into the base already, probably set off some kind of alarm and got Morty's Thariza looking for help.

Posting in OOC is one valid way to kick start an rp that doesn't seem to take off otherwise, right?

Update: Things are fine, she's okay, but the car needs some repairs. I'm just hoping the insurance will cover it in full - I'm pretty sure they will, considering that it was caused by poor road maintenance, and the city won't want her suing them over it.

FYI, I won't be able to post much, if at all, from tomorrow until Monday or Tuesday. I'm going to Anime Boston, and all I'll have on me is my tablet. I'll try to catch up tonight.

Also if they pick him up and take him with them he got no way to resist.

Haha.. they wouldn't force him! But I figure we can handwave that the group gets together the next day after 'Drinking All the Drinks' to start off on the quest, without Cass, since she doesn't want to go. But we have to ask Magtok where he wants the plot to be.

Um, how do I put this. While I love your enthusiasm, and Bartlelby would appreciate more books, I don't have the energy right now to come up with a proper book hunting plot. It's the last week of tax season and I work in a tax office, plus I have a cold, so it'll be a week or two until I'm up for it.

Now, if someone else wants to do the meat of the plot, and I just play questgiver, I am perfectly happy to have Fendrick go hunt books for Bartleby.
