Re: [MtG] GitP Regulars as Magic the Gathering Cards
I got ninjaed to the Mr RF but I figure a "Gotcha" insta-summon would be adequate
As well as a "gain power by turning fellers to... that side"

Re: [MtG] GitP Regulars as Magic the Gathering Cards
Wow, that is a bit sick. Admittedly, I've been out of the game for quite some time - what do those unusual B and U icons represent?
The card itself is glorious. I love a card that uses metagame constructs ("Say [the name] three times") to trigger mechanical abilities. Anybody remember Chaos Confetti and Blacker Lotus from Unglued? Those were fun one-use cards.
The flavor is great. I love how it gets stronger by creating minions, and how anyone can take control by paying the price for it. Simply glorious. My headache medicine has a little "Ex" inscribed on the pill. It's not a brand name; it's an indicator that it works inside an Anti-Magic Field.

Hm. I'm going to have to peruse the permissions list for inspiration for this one, I think.

Here you go! :0
I was gonna make fight cards D:
It's phyrexian mana... on a non phyrexian card.
You can pay 2 life or the appropriate color for that mana symbol.
Overpowered, undercosted, and straight up dysfunctional mechanically. The sound you are hearing is my eyeballs grinding at the top of what you would call my skull.Last edited by Snowbluff; 2016-07-22 at 01:17 PM.

I was thinking to split this into two threads and do Planeswalkers as separate cards.

Re: [MtG] GitP Regulars as Magic the Gathering Cards
The other one is waaaaaaaaay underpowered.
Ninjutsu is a standard ninja effect. Admittedly, it's a bit of waste to trigger the cost reduction that way, but the ninja prawn can just attack normally to trigger it. :P
:0 I like the tokens. I'm actually a huge fan of copying mechanics. I have a whole deck around it.

Re: [MtG] GitP Regulars as Magic the Gathering Cards
I have absolutely no clue about MtG aside from what my brother taught me in a 10 minute session about 3 or 4 years ago. Nevertheless, this looks fun.

I wish the program allowed for Snow mana and other alternatives.
Purple mana would be interesting to see.

Volatile, won't come out normally, interested in things not normally present let alone discussed, and just as likely to make one's self lose with alternate conditions than to succeed.
