How long does it take you to draw everything?

Depends how smoothly it goes. The drawing part can vary between something like 20 minutes to 4 hours. I think Sabine took that long, because I had to kept erasing and redrawing over a couple of days.

The colouring part is usually well under a hour, because it's just basic colouring with no shading and all.

How did you get so good at drawing? I'm sorry if this is derailing the thread, it'd probably be better as a PM.

Anyway, keep up the good work and good luck with the rest of the female cast.

Well, only 1 or 2 was done around 20-30 minutes, because it was just a female figure with swimsuits. The others usually took somewhat longer. Really, the main 3 female characters of OotS, Miko, Haley, Celia all took somewhere between 1 to 2 hours, not counting the occasional sporadic touches. Lien took slightly longer as I had a bit of trouble. Julia and Sangwaan took little time, while Tsukiko and Niu took around an hour. Sabine, as mentioned, took 4.

Also, to be honest, I don't think I am that terribly great at drawing. I consider myself a better colourer (on the computer, at least) than a drawer. But yeah, practise is important, as usual.

Yeah, enough de-railing the thread. I might draw Elan, Roy, and Hinjo if I have the time.

I don't like the Celia one. The floating amulet creeps me out, shouldn't her hair move a bit forward even a bit, if her amulet is thrown forward. The bags so heavy its understandable.

The crease in her back should be to the right, the hair makes her shoulder look unnatural. The hairs a bit wierd cause theres a line there that should show the end of her hair, but it continues on.

Also for lien shouldn't she have a huge amount of muscle, same foes for Miko. If Julia doesn't, or Celia doesn't cause they cast spells. BUT MIKO AND LIEN ARE PALADINS

I didn't particularly like the way Rayzin worded his comments, because it seemed to lack sincerity from some of the pointless bits of his "rant" (which is really far too short to be called as such).

Now, if you don't mind, my observations. It's seems to me that you made the torso to long, especially in comparison to the stomach. This might just be me, but it makes her legs seem a bit too short for that torso. I would suggest lengthening the legs or cutting out some of her stomach.

Of course it could just be me and the fact that it s one o' clock in morning as I post this. I hope you found this useful.

I for one like the "loose" feel that the lines give these pieces. I think it works better for what you're doing than a super-realistic, cleaned-up style.

Also, I thought the amulet was supposed to be floating on its own. Celia has various spell-like abilities at will, after all.
