Re: Question on Ansom's "Mount"
It's a magic carpet, only rolled up instead of splayed out.

Re: Question on Ansom's "Mount"
But the question is...
Is it a magic item or is it a living being (called the "cowpet")?Last edited by Waldgeist; 2007-07-25 at 08:10 AM.
Avatar from Erfworld. Erfworld is a Webcomic by Rob Balder (text) and Jamie Naguchi (drawing).

Re: Question on Ansom's "Mount"
Heh, sorry.
Anyhow, if I remember right, Evel Knievel's first corporate endorsement was American Eagle Motorcycles. Doesn't transfer well to Erfworld; after all, no Amerigo Vespucci, nor America.
So, the alternative was to use the American Eagle itself (the bald eagle) - also known to biologists as Haliaeetus leucocephalus.
Since that's a bit long, you can shorten to H. leucocephalus.
I thought that was still a long name, and, since I prefer NPC names between 4 and 7 characters... Haleu.
