The hobgoblin moves silently up behind Suga, passes his hand before his eyes that begin to glow a soft blue color. Moving into a position near the door he scans the room for any sources of magic.

As Suga approaches the door, a male dwarf suddenly rushes out of it. He's impressively bearded and surprisingly young, dressed in a suit of extremely ornate adamantine and carrying tower shield, painted white and nearly as ornate. He does not speak, but immediately swings his waraxe, crackling with electricity, at Suga.

Grack circles around behind the dog, holding his shortsword ready. Ulf lashes out at Celesta with his axe, then takes a step to the southwest. Another mastiff moves through the door, Ulf uttering a sharp command in Dwarven, gesturing to Tarak.

Celesta lets out a cry witch is a mix of laughter and growl and steps closer to Ulf for another attack, putting all her strength behind the swing.

One of the dogs has bad aim, but the other sinks its teeth deep into Celesta's leg and tries to drag her down. She manages to keep her balance, but the bite leaves behind a bleeding wound. The barbarian almost misses Suga's shout in her haze of rage and pain, but she hears the a bit about the dogs. And she really wants to give that damn hound a payback.

Tarak

The hobgoblin wobbles momentarily, as his friend heals the terrible wound across his abdomen. With a look of sincere admiration on his face he nods at the elf and raises his bloody hands to the chain around his neck. Grasping the amber amulet, he raises it to his lips and hums softly into it while stepping to the left.

The hum grows into an angry buzzing sound that echos through the chamber as a giant golden wasp materializes in the far corner and lashes its stinger at one of Ulf's mastiffs.

She feels a small sting of pain, but then the dog yanks her out of balance, and the barbarian takes a tumble to the floor. "Blasted beast! I'm gonna rip out those fangs and wear 'em on my neck!" Not bothering with trying to get up, she takes a swing at the dog.

Ulf steps into the space vacated by the invisible Tarak, crosses his arms over his chest and doesn't attack, though his axe is still held ready. Grack circles around to come up behind Ulf.
