My jerkiness aura tends to be subsumed in my youdon'treallynoticemeunlessyoutry aura. As such, people can become inexplicably irritable around me

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
Happy Birthday :P
Annyways. I generally have lots of weird ideas for d20 stuff. It's just that I never get around to making it, or it has been done, or is just plain too weird.

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
*walks into thread*
Here, Korith. I made you a cake. No, it doesn't have "explosive runes" written in icing. No, it isn't poison, although you do have a high Fort save so you might like the flavour, I don't know. No, I didn't make it with flesh-eating bacteria even though that could be effective because I don't know the DC on that but I'd guess it's high. It's just a cake. I even decorated it with fake icing zombie parts. I hope you like it.
It is, however, coconut! *evil laugh*Remember when I had an avatar?

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
I don't drink, actually - but I've got a twisted enough brain I can convince others otherwise.
*Research, research*
AFONAL: Annual Flaunting of Numbers and Lewt? Okay.
26 years
Gifts include:
Wolf beach towel - this thing was positively gorgeous. When I noticed the spirit guide thread, I pretty quickly went to wolf...danced around a few other things, but wolf seems to fit the bill. Anyway, I'm rambling
A nice shirt - Not just "oh, okay" nice - but NICE. Soft material, collared so I can wear it to work, and just the right balance between warm and lightweight for the coming fall.
Smetena CD - Good music, but I hadn't the heart to tell my grandfather he gave me the exact same CD for christmas
Vivaldi CD - Also good music, and one I didn't have.
An all-in-one inkjet printer - Finally, a decent replacement for ye olde Apollo that got me through university. The first printing project, aside from testing the scanner and printing a test page, was 63 pages of roleplaying material I've been meaning to digest. Man, that stuff really eats the ink
The Pirate of Penzance DVD - Recording of a 1980 broadway production. The production is older than I am I watched it last night with a friend of mine whose cultural experiences did not yet extend to Gilbert and Sullivan. I think he gained 350 cultural experience points from this gem of a production, along with humour that still works nearly 128 years after it's original presentation. Great vocals, splendid choreography, and the acting was flawless.
And for anyone who has a twisted enough curiousity to care, the most memorable phrase from my birthday dream was "And for that, his Ox turned into cheese". Amateur psychoanalysts, start your engines! This is a boring signature.

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
Pirates of Penzance would have more appeal than Pirates of Huddersfield. The lack of coast would be a hindrance.
I now have a blog. Have a look if you wish. It contains those naughty profanities that you won't find here. If you like what you read send me a PM, or if you don't like it. I'd like to know how many people here read it.
Avatar done by me. If you want one then you clearly have no taste. I'll do one happily. You just have no taste.

Pirates of the Great Salt Lake won't work. I don't think Mormons can be pirates. They're too nice.
Try Pirates of Lake St. Clair - Detroit can be pretty rough.

Pirates of the Penzance! Now that's some quality crack. Anyone see the Priate Movie? It's a 1980s movie using a lot of songs from Pirates of Penzance plus some 1980s music. Insanely glorious stuff.
The question is: did someone eat the cheese?Last edited by spherissa; 2007-08-21 at 05:19 PM.

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
The thing that bothered me is they wouldn't come in. They thought I was asking for their sake, I wasn't. (I was cold doncha know)
I was in Idaho Falls a few years ago for my friends birthday on the 4th of July, and they held over the entire celebration to the 5th because the fourth was on a Sunday. Made me chuckle.
I also have a few forum inappropriate stories about my friend getting a couple of girls expelled from BYU. >_> It involved a punk show in Provo. *Writes a book titled: SDF's Misadventures in Utah*Last edited by SDF; 2007-08-21 at 05:34 PM.

Re: Lilly's Lovely Random Banter #87
People can be like that. Why'd it being a Sunday make a difference? Any possible stories to tell that could be censored or edited.?

King. Often!
General. Yes, orphan. Have you ever known what it is to be one?
King. I say, often.
Pirates. (disgusted) Often, often, often. (Turning away)
General. I don’t think we quite understand one another. I ask you, have you ever known what it is to be an orphan, and you say “orphan”. As I understand you, you are merely repeating the word “orphan” to show that you understand me.
King. I didn’t repeat the word often.
General. Pardon me, you did indeed.
King. I only repeated it once.
General. True, but you repeated it.
King. But not often.
General. Stop! I think I see where we are getting confused. When you said “orphan”, did you mean “orphan” – a person who has lost his parents, or “often”, frequently?
King. Ah! I beg pardon – I see what you mean – frequently.
General. Ah! you said "often", frequently.
King. No, only once.
General. (irritated) Exactly – you said “often”, frequently, only once.
Must see this film soon.
And that makes sense Nomron. Religion is for religious people and they can do what they want.

Except, maybe this time, they should be a little bit less misadventurous.
