Okay, so I just got curious about this - what types of DR are there, and what monsters have them? I'm making a list, and I'll add more as they come. I don't exactly remember that many, so I'd love help filling in the blanks.

Note: how much DR is irrelevant; only the type matters. DR that have multiple solutions are seperate examples, as are types that have two or more requirements that must be fufilled at once.

I believe that as long as one doesn't specifically replace the other, then in effect, yes. It's more like you have to penetrate both seperate DRs, so it's basically the same thing IIRC.

That's a specific type of DR. Eberron abberations sometimes have it, such as the Living Breastplate (ECS p. 299), which has DR 10/byeshk, and bestows the same on the wearer.

The 3.5 update for Fiend Folio gave DR to a bunch of the monsters in it that didn't have it before (e.g. Cold iron for Half-Fey).

You guys should actually check the update booklets for MM2 and Fiend Folio, because the DR conversion wasn't always that straightforward. Some things had a material added or in place of their expected /magic.
