Default [3.PF] Sources of Extra Swift Actions?

What sources of extra Swift Actions (other than the Ruby Knight Vindicator PrC, the Synad race, the Time Stop spell, and the Swiftblade PrC's ability to emulate the Time Stop spell) exist in 3.PF?

You can Shapechange into a Chronotyryn for two full rounds worth of actions every round.

You can Ready a swift as well - note that the action (and therefore the trigger) has to happen after your turn is over, but this can give you a second swift each round in exchange for your standard.
