"You are not from this world Star Power" - Yes, this was kind of her point BEFORE the fight dumb-dumb.

Basically, his plan is equivalent of landing on a deserted island, starting a signal fire, and every time a rescue boat arrives - kill the people to eat their meat and last another day.

You had a WORKING COMMUNICATION DEVICE! Did you even consider just asking for whatever this world needs?!

    EDIT:
When I think about it, his initial transmission should have been:

"IS THERE NO ONE LEFT TO CHALLENGE ME?! (please bring pie)"

Don’t worry, he’ll be written in as a supporting character eventually.

Oh no, the poor man. His only way out was revenge. Against the whole planet. And then the rest of the universe. I am so sorry for him.

“A father’s vengeance”? Dude, you were sending out a wide-beam transmission that said “IS THERE NO ONE LEFT TO CHALLENGE ME?”

I know a post-defeat sob story is traditional, but come on. This clearly went past “revenge for murdered child” into a cosmic “come at me bro” long ago.

Also, their civilization is advanced enough that they can send interstellar transmissions, but dumb enough that some guy with a hammer can destroy it? I understand it's a very nice hammer, but still.

Yeah this is an awful "become that which you fought" story. It is stupid, pointless, has so many logical holes. We really ARE back in maltak.

So after his son dies, he just happened to find a tool that gave him the chance for revenge, later corrupting him and making him kill more and more people who deserve it less and less.

It's not a hammer, someone dropped a Death-note right next to him.

Come on, people. Don't you know all aliens age and measure time like humans unless stated otherwise? It's the will of the almighty creator / author.

Who knows, a three-year space ork may actually be in its larval stage, and be 45 times larger than the adult, as well as ravenously hungry. Actually, if I were Mookie, I'd put that in the next scene.

A little detail in the depiction of aliens: Garth has said that he generally doesn't put noses on his aliens. http://www.starpowercomic.com/creature-features-faces/ Mookie instead had that guy with nose wine.

I can actually agree with not putting noses on aliens. It makes them seem, well, more alien to me.

How dare you insult this very touching and incredibly original story of a brutal murderer realizing how wrong he was after being defeated?

Is Sluggy Freelance imitating Star Power? Or is there a common source for the design? Or it's just very easy to invent? https://static.sluggy.com/comics/900...-F6vDHTbcA.png http://www.starpowercomic.com/comic/...2-09/?nav=next

The black steel is supposed to be a material that can pierce the light-shield, but that's about it.

So Karudak just had a good quality weapon, and that was enough to transform himself from a loser to a great warrior that can beat the entire world?

Unless the only known weapon in this world are twigs, finding the hammer shouldn't have made much of a difference.

Well, maybe it's an evil possessed weapon, coming from the evil ancient genocidal empire, that turns its wielder into a genocidal evil maniac. If so, this rough draft might turn out to be worth 3% of the time I spent rushing through the last six pages to keep up with the... (lacking a better word)... story.

Hashtag so bad it's even worse.

Evil metal which gives power and turn the weilder crazy and genocidal? At least that would explain the Scilliant Empire in general and the Countess in particular.

I'm looking at your resume, and I see your son was killed, you found a weapon and went to a rampage of vengeance.
I also see that you activated a long range radio signal to call more fights to you, but you didn't murder families and children.

Yes, you look like diplomatic material to me, welcome to the Millennium Federation!

It's even funnier when I think about it:

"Is there a place to live without constant war?"
"Yes, it's called the Millennium Federation, It's my home"
"Wow, that sounds great after all my years of constant combat"
"Too bad, you're staying here, good luck doing EXACTLY what you tried to do from the start, with tribes you already killed their warriors!"

So using violence to subjugate a people and impose your own brand of peace/justice is considered to be acceptable by Danica? Cause I'm pretty sure she just told this guy to embark on the path of conquest.

Is it weird if that makes me like her a little?
