Alex scowls at Victor. "Oh yes, I'm still wanted resisting arrest for crimes which I am not accountable for." Alex uses the situation brewing with the mages and the vampires to make a run for it.

"I gave you a warning. You decided to shrug it off. I blew off your arm instead of your head. What I did was legal, what you did was against the law. Oh, and that reminds me you actually have two counts of Resisting Arrest, two counts of Battery, one count of Kidnaping, and two counts of Assault. And once I round up all your friends, they're going to jail too. Remember your boys shot arrows into my feet?"

Unfortunately for you, bitch, that was in the woods, aka, outside the town limits. Also, didn't touch your whore friend. She went there on her own.

Desmonda glares at Rike. "Screw this. I gave you a warning, I made it quite clear that I'd kill you if you did not comply with the law, and you don't seem to understand a damn thing. Disintegrate!" Aimed at Rike in close range; probably won't be able to doge it let alone have time for a portal-shield.

Since no one stopped him, Alex makes it out of the station running away as quickly as he can.

Desmonda gets KO'ed; but dose not get teleported into a cell as she was acting within the law. Eris shouts "You guys! Stop it! Rike, you are still under arrest and you, guy who just hit my best friend over the head! Go to that cell!" She attempts to take the two criminals by the hands and lead them over to the nearest unoccupied jail cell. Given that Eris dose not have that kind of strength, the two should have no problem resisting her.

If they were not within Town limits we cannot charge them with a crime.
States Krysta, who has a bow made of some golden, sparkling wood in her hands.

The first potentially illegal act commited by me was removing that whore's arms after she disintegrated one of mine. All other acts were outside of the Town. Alexander ordered these two to arrest me, though I hadn't commited a crime.
Eris will find that both of them are much stronger than her.

Desmonda is thrown into a cell by an Arbites for holding, as she's clearly unstable due to her unjustified use of lethal force.

[Admiral_Kelly]

Eris glares at Rike. "Dessy is not a bitch! If you guys say your innocent, take it to court! Get in your cells!" She tries her best to push Rike into an open jailcell.

Desmonda is succefully locked in a jailcell. She starts to get up rubbing her head. "Ow..."

She will find that neither is going to budge.
Except that there are no legal charges. You try to arrest me without a crime having been commited. It was fully in my rights to flee the city limits, where you attacked me and my friends and I defended myself. As this was out of the limits, I had yet to commit a crime. Then your whore friend tries to arrest me, again without crimes. When i refuse to go on the basis of there being no valid charges, and her being a bitch, she blasts off my arm and my leg, then tries to stab me when I try to drink a potion to heal it. I reacted in self-defence in the form of disabling her. Had I tried to kill her, she'd be dead right now. I have no valid charges against me, and she has once again tried to use lethal force to bring me in on nonexistent charges, and my friend defended me. That means that he hasn;t commited a crime either.

Jarus turns to Eris.
"Stand down, Officer. Let the Chief work this out."

Eris stops pushing. She points a finger at Rike/Ran. She protests "But they need to be locked up! They hurt Des! That isn't fair."

"Okay, I know I didn't break- think about breaking the law this time since I'm not finding myself in vomit-mess. Why am I in here?"

Speak of the Devil (Demon crossbreed). "If someone would like to give me an accurate report of what hapened I'd be glad to make a ruling. Until then you" she points at Rike. "Watch your language. You two" Eris and Desmonda. "I don't like the use of lethal force. And you." She turns her red eyes on Kev Lar. "That was assault. Find a cell or pay the fine, and get yourself a WRB."

Unless it's Assault to disrupt a Disintegration spell aimed at an innocent, no, it wasn't.
