No; Gygax magazine didn't even exist when Snips, Snails and Dragon Tales was released.

Last I heard, the Gygax comics will be available elsewhere "someday".

I believe that the Giant said that SS&DT will remain a paper-exclusive until they're out of stock.

It's apparently a reboot of the Dragon continuity, but they're starting at low level. Also, it's got the Snail.
