As a matter of fact that frog mask happens to be one of the best hat equipment in the game (not the best, because helmet of darkness is the most badass looking )

As far as I know that symbol on her chest doesn't mean anything, just something that I thought looked better then nothing there at all.

Well if you would be wearing it right now, you would notice it gives 5 stats to accuracy and 1-1 damage in V. 28. (But I'm so bored in that game right now I either stay in the void speaking with the guildmembers or try to get a dark endura and sell it) Anyway, More ABRing now
