Actually, the scar floated and STAYED on the "wrong" eye.
(It's hard to say which eye is the "correct" eye anymore. )

I was going to try to count up the total number of eye switches, but decided I wasn't nerdy enough... Anyone want to calculate the precentage of time the scar is over the left eye, the right eye, or in the center of his face?

We may need to add a fourth category if Salmon forgets entirely.

I had not heard of such a halfling. No offence to those guys over at ABR, but I've never really read it, so any possible ABR references from now on are highly unlikely I'm afraid.
