The crowd has focused their efforts once again on Zar Peter, the accused Alien Queen. Not even giving him time to get a drink, or come up with a reply, the drag him kicking and screaming to the nearest airlock.

”What are you fools doing? I'm not the alien queen!”

”LIES! How else have you escaped death so often.”

”Are you blind! I'm NOT the alien queen. I'm not the Zar Peter you are looking for!”

Someone decides that gagging Zar Peter at this point would be a good idea, so only mumbles can be heard. He is thrown into the airlock, and it closes shut. He starts banging against the door the airlock starts to cycle, and he flickers like a bad hologram.

Wait a second. That is not Zar Peter. The hologram fails and reveals that the figure you all were pointing at was NOT Zar Peter, but instead MK Kilmarnock.

Before anything can be done, the airlock outer doors open and he is jettisoned into space.

Summary of Events

• Zar Peter used a Holographic Generator on himself and MK Kilmarnock.
• MK Kilmarnock was lynched instead of Zar Peter.
• MK Kilmarnock was a human refugee.

End of Day 8 – Night 8 Begins Now

Lave Blister had spent a wonder holiday seducing Alien Queens left and right. "Holly; you said there weren't no aliens here!"
"Well; how was I supposed to know that?"
Cat butted in quickly, "Yeah! Remember that Polymorph that turned itself into Lister's underpants? Urgh! Why any self-respecting alien would do that when they could be penguin fur lined overcoats I'll never learn."
"And that snake creature it turned into. That was smegging horrible."
"Oh shut it Rimmer. The same smeg can't happen to the same guy three times." The crew of the mining ship Red Dwarf schlepped; struuted and ambulated their way towards Blister's quarters. They sat down for a nice Diablo Kebad when suddenly the sausage leapt for Blister's throat!
"Smeggin' hell." The rest of the crew batted the sausage off and watched as Blister grabbed a pair of his boxers and put them on. "Let's get outta here." Suddenly he buckled in pain as his boxers slowly squeezed hi in half. Looking at the writhing mess Blister left behind The Cat; Rimmer and Kryten fled.
A figure lurked into the wide entrance of the quarters and watched the writhing mess stiffen and die. It screamed as uncountablle nanites oozed out of the body of Lave Blister.
It was consumed along with some early risers.

Banjo was killed by his own boxers. He was the Captain of the Ship and Head Mason.
Keris Rain was killed by Banjo's Poison Tooth. He was the Android.
Onasuma; Korias; libenji25; dallas-dakota; DarkCorax and detrveniissiht were auto'd. All were Refugees.

Day 9 begins.

((Reserving my point for now. Although Team Refugee just received a heavy blow, the field did become a lot clearer. Only 16 players remain, one of whom is in a head jar. Since the Technician, Security Officer and Redshirt are still alive, and since they should have a list of scried people [although a large number of them must have died in the meantime] it should be possible here to figure out the identity of the Maintenance Drone -- who has become a much more interesting target now.

Continuing to lynch Zar Peter might still be the best course of action, but since our numbers have dropped considerably, it's quite possible we can no longer 'outrace' the aliens here.))

At last! This captain was nice but a little bit annoying. We really enjoyed the nights with him, though.

So the Queen points at radikalskippy, he is responsible that this noble Android had to die.

((An open message to the ship crew: I'm not sure how many tricks you're still holding back, or how much information you've got. From my perspective though, we're dealing with an item crafter, a temporal agent with two lynch-switchings left and a recruiter whose actions can now no longer be blocked. Keep in mind that because of Temporal Agent Blue the wolves no longer need to equal the number of remaining number of refugees to win: technically, they can pull off a win as soon as they have the voting advantage. And TAB's vote counts as three, so that may happen sooner than you'd expect.

Still, I believe I may have a *showy* alternative which might tip the balance in our favor (or make things worse, who knows?). There's a good chance it'll take Temporal Agent Blue out of the equation though.

Remember that time when Curly was talking about naming Temporal Agents?

His power reserves cut out, and the light fades from his optic sensors, cleaning fluid pooling on the ground beneath his head.
((I'm surprised how long I lasted, considering I was known as a role, and people were being killed by an unknown.))

Fullbladder stands limp-jawed for a few precious minutes, before leaping and pointing non-accusingly at a random person.

"HAH!"

He then lapses into some different, if slightly more interesting, matters.

"So the Android was working for the aliens, and killed the Captain, who we know has been the alien queen's squishy pink lover for at least a night. So.... ew. So.... they're Praying Mantis People? What the hell? Should I be planning a baby shower or something?"

He immediately becomes steamy-eyed.

^{"We could do uop some streamers in Martian Pink and Neptunian Baby Blue, and I could knit a little outfit.... Better make it with eight appendage-sleeves, just to be safe.... And we could bake up the most scrumptious cake..."}

Day 9 (now): we try to lynch an alien (any alien) - Blue blocks the lynch and someone else dies instead. This will probably be a refugee. [6-10]
Day 10: we try again. We lose another refugee. [6-9]
Night 10: by now, the alien queen will almost assuredly have converted another player [7-8]

Realistically speaking, none of these actions can be stopped. After two days, team Alien will represent 7 votes and team Refugee 8. From that point on, any mistake equals in an automatic game loss. If a refugee has gotten himself autolynched, we lose. If the aliens manage to produce an item we can't find an immediate answer to, we lose. If the aliens can recruit tonight, rather than the night thereafter, we lose. If Draken happens to be on the alien team, we lose.

I admit that, as a simple refugee, I've only got limited information here. The point still stands though: as long as Blue lives, it seems like the best scenario we can hope for is 'a close shave', and everything else would need to come off flawlessly. Since we've got a reliable way to remove Blue, I say we take it.

That sounds like a plan! Not the best plan. Not enough Whale involved for that. But are you sure there aren't any other secret types wandering about? We've already had a good number turn up. Like that crazy man ...whatshisface. Jeff Claimson, was it? He was a danger to all good, Whale fearing people! Although, mark you, it'd make me feel a little safer if there was someone stopping these 'A-lee-ems' from hugging my face. I've a book to publish you know! And many disciples to meet! *Upon hearing the baby shower plans Ranna gets out her emergency social planning diary and her largest most flamboyant pink feathered pen.*

I have no idea what it is we are talking about but I heard the word baby shower, that is all I need to get to work.

Now i was thinking about your colour schemes and although I do agree that pink and blue are the traditional baby colours we must remember that we do not know the sex of the possible offspring just yet. By having both colours we are hedging our bets that is true but I dont want to have the poor offspring facing any gender bias. Therefore I must argue the case for the much more gender neutral Yellow and White colour scheme. As a bonus this colour scheme can match with the current season that it would be on our dear earth and we could use it as a baby shower as well as an easter/spring coming party, which may also then turn into some sort of morbid celebration if we were also able to nail the damnable queen at her baby shower. OhZar Peter, I do believe it is time to discuss the guest list.
