The subject can take a full attack action to use all of its natural weapons or unarmed strikes as if they were thrown weapons with a 20-foot range increment.

Does this text mean that
- You either use all your natural weapons OR all your unarmed strikes, but not both.
- You take a full attack action using the weapon types natural or unarmed stikes, but can do both types on the same full attack.

I take that "or" to be inclusive.
