Re: OotS Quiz V
Damn... I somewhere read the 350gp thingie... gotta look for it.
About the chemistry: Flourine, chlorine, bromine, iodine are all called halogens, cause halogens are elements of the 7th Group of elements, all being very reactive, due to her high electronegativity, caused by the density of electrons in the highest energetic sphere of the atoms and the small radius, due to the high number of protons is the core... and stuff.Last edited by Kato; 2008-04-18 at 09:05 AM.

Re: OotS Quiz V
The ink to write ONE WORD.
Oh and in answer to Kato's question, I suspect that chlorine won out over fluorine in the bad guy competition because in the public mind chlorine is associated with choking green gas, while fluorine is associated with four out of five dentists' recommendations, or people in tinfoil hats protesting drinking water fluoridation.

Re: OotS Quiz V
this may be even closer, 2nd Panel 4th frame, but I would guess it isn't what Qov is looking for, depends on what is considered a rock, was more like a boulder to me, or just a really big rock. If this is close enough to the criteria then Open Q

Re: OotS Quiz V
I am really looking for a rock. At least it looks like a rock to me. I'm not fussy about the size of the rock, so I would have accepted DrivinAllNight's sneaky "rock being hit with someone's head" if s/he'd claimed it.

Hmm, I don't really like Thor's assistant's because it's just the headset not the body, so I'll go with Celia's.

Re: OotS Quiz V
Wait, does that mean O-Chul even breathes in acid?
Not sure if it qualifies as breath, but he is breathing there. Though, O-chul doesn't need to breath, he just does to appear human.
If it qualifies... show me someone referring to the French revolution.

Re: OotS Quiz V
1 cp. And wait till you see the Roaming Charge...
Since my previous question's answer was not quite what I had in mind, I shall ask again: find a comic where we can see someone's breath. That is, not someone breathing, but someone's actual breath is visible.
