Doh, I messed up my damage roll. The axe was actually supposed to deal 2d6+5, so I only did 16 instead of 17.

The sapphire nightmare blade hits, leaving you flatfooted against my axe attack, which means that it hits. So in all you take 23 points of damage.

Assuming it works that way then its game :D I thought you would only get one action having had a readied action but my understanding of them may be off.

What happens with readied actions depends on your place in the initiative order.

If you take the action on the same round as you readied it, your initiative moves to above the one that activates your action, and you don't lose any actions.

If you take your readied action on the round after you readied it, then it counts as your action for that round.
