you guys crack me up....
freebible, initiative usually isn't put in a spoiler since both players require to know the others initiative in order to asteblish who goes first. In this case, both of you have rolled a 9 and both of you have a +3 modifier so that makes it a perfect tie. Please reroll initiative or flip a coin or something like that.We all wear masks, those who try to look behind it will only find another mask.

Only the waiting room I'm afraid. If you don't want your opponent to know your tactics then ask the question in a spoiler that says 'don't read this ____'. The honor system is the only reassurance. However, you could always PM a High Ref who is good with RAW (Kyeudo, Mavian, Bronz, ect.).

According to Seribro (who made the map) the water rises to a character's chest in the shallows (if just barely). This means that you recieve all the benefits and penalties of water combat (which includes a swim speed).
