English Prime Minister extends his greatest sympathy to the Italian people. The plight of the Italian people is terrible; the heartless Godzilla is using it's puppet Government in Italy to fend of the allied forces all the while he systematically swallows up Italian Supply Centers in Africa. "It is as though the Giant Lizard is using the Italians as a human sheild while he slowly eats them alive. Chewing slowly prolonging their suffering longer than is 'human'ely tolerable." said the Prime Minister earlier today. "However," he added later " I suppose a 50 ft tall lizard isn't human, so it shouldn't be any surprize that his actions are 'beastly'! It's probably quite natural."
Regardless, England vows to avenge these attrocities on the head of the Lizard and will continue it's march across the peninsula to rescue as many Italian provinces as it can before they are swallowed up by the beast.

I can correct you: Maldiem cannot win by taking only the adjacent Italian territories. He would have to also capture at least one Turkish territory. Of course, this comes from after the turn is displayed, so I've got a bit of an advantage in terms of calling it...
