Green dragons breath acid, not volcanoes. You of all people should know that.

But don't worry. That very well could be someone else's final smash. Smash balls come rather frequently in my world, and all the main character's final smash's shall be shown.

No, he doesn't need more ranks in spot for the following reasons:

1. He's an (at least) semi-high level cleric. He has at least 22 Wisdom.

2. It was probroably DC 5. He has 0 ranks minimum, and with a +6 modifyer he couldn't have possibly missed it.

3. He could have taken a 10.

It was prolly the fact that one eye is bleeding like crazy and may be cutting the vision from the other eye, too.

Also, on an unrelated note: Why is the Q cracking his knuckles on practically every panel he's not doing anything?

grinly is like what 62-72 or somthing at that age your sight tends to go so it would make sense that he doesnt have enough ranks in spot to keep up with his bad eyesight.

comic 68: the motorcycle

Oh yes, and the reason Grinly doesn't see well is because of a few mistakes I've made.
In a comic a while back, Grinly dosen't see the Hall of the Star-wanderers. He then ask how he could miss that.
In a more recent comic, I've made the Randomizer attomatically know where the escape pods are. Lyinginbedmon caught this mistake, so I made it obvious he wasn't some kind of double agent for Zuy Civid.
Then Grinly didn't notice the motorcycle sitting there, I knew I accidentally made a running gag.

So that's why. It's an accidental running gag.

He didn't plagerize anything and OOTS is already copyrighted. The only thing he might be sued for is the motorcycle.

I didn't copy, I referenced. If the Flumph actually got hit that would be copying.

And I don't remember Rich making a joke where the Flumphs would breaking the fourth wall and they didn't get hit. Well, he sorta did. But mine isn't even close to that (well, maybe a little).

Besides, even if I did copy Rich, what do you care. Almost every ficken thing in this comic is copied from something, and nobody's ever cared before.

Also, OOTS is in fact copyrighted.

Now, I have very little knowlage about legal stuff, but I don't think I can get sued for something I'm doing for no money at all.

Did I say he thought of it himself? I said that he did not plagerize the giants work, no direct quotes, no copying of artwork, it is a referance, and the parody law might also come into affect if you decided to go far enough.
