isn't that backwards? if their power only goes down 1 per day then it is easier. +/- 5 to +/-4. +/-9 to +/- 8. instead of+/- 5 to +/- 0. +/- 9 to +/- 0. you have time to change your mind. YES means that it only goes down 1 per day like in the first two examples, and NO means all the way down like in the second two.

Oh...misunderstood that...uh...I say it shouldn't go down. Again...it'll take a damn long time for us to get anywhere if it keeps shrinking...though I don't think many people are playing for some reason.
