1. Yes, I'm sure there's no attack roll for my breath weapon. Generally, things either have an attack roll or grant a reflex save. The breath weapon is an area effect and hits everything in it's path, in this case a 30' x 5' line.

2. I'm in F13 so that's not a legal square to which you can end your movement. Since you are charging, you have to end in F12.

3. 2d4+1 is the damage for your spiked chain, but you are empty handed.
