With hardness 5 and 10 hp, 7 damage won't do it in, so you'll be entangled for a bit.

Incidentally, I'm not familiar with the ability you're using to teleport. Would it be affected by being entangled (like having to roll a concentration check when you're casting a spell)?

It's a soulmeld from Magic of Incarnum, I only need to make a concentration check if I'm entangled while forming it, at the beginning of the day (Or before the match began, in this case).

Sorry I didn't catch this earlier, but
map notes says:

The glass obscures details when viewed through:
...
Two or more panes provides 50% total concealment

and the SRD says:

If you have line of effect to a target but not line of sight he is considered to have total concealment from you.

Therefor, if you can't trace line between one of your corners and one of your opponents corners without going through two panes of glass, you don't have LoS. You can call a high ref in here to sort out a rewind if you want.
