I'm pretty sure you can't double-move and attack in the same round without charging, which can only be in a straight line. Not that you hit anyway, just saying.

Flames burst from Tordek's sword as he flourishes it behind him, his focus entirely on the man sitting haughtily upon his horse. Silly. Pausing to find the perfect time, Tordek drives his flaming sword up into his opponent's chest!

This is a bull rush attempt, as part of a maneuver that I didn't mean to prepare =) It does not provoke an AoO, and I am targeting you, not your horse (naturally). I'm not 100% positive how that works so I'll probably call a ref unless you can point me to information on whether there are any changes for that (for instance, I doubt you get the horse's +4 bonus for extra legs, but maybe you do), whether I need to roll jump (would kinda make sense, but then again I can still attack you without, so I don't know), and so forth. Either way, roll STR :)

Well, this is going to need a high ref.

1. Is bullrush legal since the first step is moving into the opponents square which is occupied by the horse also?

2. If the bullrush succeeds
a. Does the rider fall prone and take damage for falling off the horse?
b. Does the attacker fall prone because he now shares a space with the horse?

You may not move into a hostile opponent's square without specific text allowing it. If you attempt to bull rush the mount, you illegally enter the rider's space. If you attempt to bull rush the rider, you illegally enter the mount's space.
