Charlie's Best-Case Scenario
Charlie is in a position to win it all.
First thing Charlie needs? The greatest strategical mind on the plane, Parson.
There are two ways of getting him:
1. Directly suborn the loyalty spell. He has an extremely powerful thinkamancy artifact, and might be able to just omg h4x it.
2. Kill Stanley, let Parson's city go neutral, and then send in a hidden Archon to take the place over. Parson would simply surrender, with the understanding of having a new (SANE) boss.
But yes, kill Stanley! In this scenario, Charlie AGREES to team up with The Don; all Charlie asks for is the Arkenhammer as the Don hasn't taken an interest in it. Vamps + Archons dance all over Stanley's square head. Victory!
And now Charlie has two Arkentools and a new city. (Would Parson, as a subordinate city ruler, get a new title? Would HE have to choose HIS Chief Warlord?)
But wait! Ansom is displeased! "What do you mean, this guy insulted me, and now I don't even get the city!" Charlie reminds him that his job was to kill Stanley, he fulfilled his contract to the hilt (obviating Ansom's claims of betrayal), Ansom declares war (his allies don't get involved, as Stanley is dead), and OOOOOOPS, you shouldn't have said that while it was still Charlie's turn! Parson puts the smack-down on Ansom's boop and a couple turns later, Charlie has THREE of the four Arkentools.
Muahahahaha!

Re: Charlie's Best-Case Scenario
Providing that the coalition wont try to back ansom up that could work especially with most of ansom's units in the deathtrap under the city.
slightly off topic but a much better laugh ;)
Bleh heh heh heh
