I'm pretty sure that it's 'der-ow'. As in 'drou'.
I'll ask on the Paizo boards, they're pretty smart about this stuff.

Actually, it's totally one way- hence the 'you can stop now.' She's just going crazy because he saved her so much pain :P

Drow is pronounced Dr-OW (As in 'ouch'.). 1 syllable.

EDIT: I'm thinking of redoing it, just to make it more obvious what's going on. Maybe I'll have TnD's head coming out from the right side and choking.
