Can someone with DotU check the effect of Sneaks' "Blend into Shadows" feat? Judging by the Feat Index on the Wizards website, he can "spend darkness to use HiPS." If he can make use of that here then he can hide after shooting without a -20 penalty; otherwise he has to take the penalty for sniping.

Need to resolve something before LoS.
