Well I have flaunted superstition quite a few times. I think I saw a black cat while breaking a mirror and getting the number 13 tattooed onto me while standing under a ladder and nothing happened. Except that I needed the tattoo lasered off. But besides that I'm fine!

Nasty business, tattoo removal. I knew that I shouldn't have gone out drinking the night they legalized Tattooing in Oklahoma!

I've heard a lot of arguments before about removing things like soda machines from schools (even if they are off during the class day.) I'm not totally sure how much I agree with it. After all, if they are going to go that route, try serving food that's EDIBLE in the cafe instead of the nasty pizza, undercooked tater tots/fries, and (I kid you not) what appeared to be ratburgers that I got coming up.

I feel your pain OldSchoolGamer. My school serves terrible food. Fortunately I now have a way out. Since I'm a junior in my high school I'm now allowed to leave the school during the day if I just feel like it. Since the center of my town is a 5 minute walk away from my school, I can just walk there and get something good. There's this delicious pizza place that gives massive slices of pizza for the same price that the school would charge us for a regular lunch, and it is AWESOME.

The school I went to is 15 minutes away, by walking, from various food places and two convenience stores. The cafeteria serves pretty good food there though. Still, a lot of people leave in order to get the sweet delicious junk food they love so very much.

It breaks down like this: it's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it, and, if you're the proprietor of a hash bar, it's legal to sell it. It's legal to carry it, but that doesn't really matter 'cause - get a load of this - if you get stopped by the cops in Amsterdam, it's illegal for them to search you. I mean, that's a right the cops in Amsterdam don't have.

My school was next to two supermarkets. Of course, technically we weren't allowed to leave school grounds, but since half of the school had to be outside in the bigger pause (15 mins) to smoke (prohibited in schools), no teacher really cared. Some of them were with them to smoke, anyway.
And we never got food, then again, we usually didn't have school lasting longer than to 14:00. Except for me and some others who took astronomy, which was once a month, that meant up to 20:00 without real pause.

It is about the song 'Alabama Getaway'. This song was apparently chosen for Rock Band by a sadist. It is crafted from stupid and dumb, and it took me approximately 20 tries to pass it once on Hard.

I did not get tired of the song. I like the song. But I need to smash something because it is just that freaking hard to play.

EDIT: OH, yeah, my brother, too, he finished the carreer, then five starred most of them, then he got 100% on TTFAF on Expert... OK, no, that last one was an obvious lie. But he did beat the song once or twice.

Through Fire and Flames isn't even that hard on a real guitar. The thing is that they took two guitarists and a synthesizer and put it all into one part. And it's a fairly lame song as far as power metal goes.

That's what my brother said. It's got some pretty fast riffs, but they're the same notes all the time. I assume the solo is pretty hard, though.

Also: Reasons why people like music include the beat, melody, instruments, the vocals, the lyrics, etc. I usually listen to lyrics. Hence, I like the song.

There's another, very sensible reason not to whistle on stage. Stagehands used whistles as stage scenery signals. You could very well have had a sandbag/something very heavy drop on you.

I can play almost all of it! Sadly the bit I can't play is right at the beginning. And come to think of it, that's on hard, not expert.

I don't really pay attention to Dforce's lyrics because they're usually EXTREMELY cheesy. Not sure about TFAF. I'm going to take a guess and say that you don't listen to much power metal, do you?

I like the song, but it's not my favourite DragonForce song. That would be a tie between Soldiers of the Wasteland, My Spirit Will Go On, and Fury of the Storm.

What was it Yahtzee said about some of GH3's songs on Hard? Something along the lines of "If you say you've beaten it, then you're either lying or you have a giant trained spider on your guitar hitting the buttons for you."

All it takes is a little bit of practice to beat any of the final songs on hard. I can 4 star Number of the Beast on hard, although that may be because I've listened to it a lot over the past 6 years and have the entire thing committed to memory, so I can always tell EXACTLY what is going to come next. (yes, I'm exaggerating)
