Anyway, new comic up. (the moment the damn upload finishs. the upload in Israel is silly low.) showing up yet ANOTHER faction thats messing around in the ship. (and introducing Helainan clockworks, who I mentioned by never drew yet.)

The voice acting was somewhat Sub-par to be honest. But it never seemed that violent really.

One uses Flash to my knowledge.

I only know of one other Gitp member that uses flash, and I haven't seen him around in a while.

If you use flash then move into Fireworks. its a more img-editing variation of flash. (no clip-making timeline and stuff, but better img editing features.)

Its from the same company, so its pretty much the same controls, should take you about 20 minutes to adjust.

You only have to mess with the time line if you're going to animate something, as animated avys are not allowed these days (Oh how I wish they were) I don't even have to bother with it.

Flash? why?

Because it's the program I've learned to use, and it's insanely easy to use once you know how. No nodes to move here, just bend the lines themselves.

Its from the same company, so its pretty much the same controls, should take you about 20 minutes to adjust.

I have Fireworks also, actually. 2 for one package etc. But I can't stand it, the colors seem really.. bland, and solid, and everything feels all wonky. They're completely different from another. You can download the trials and see for yourself.

Donno what version you are using though. you can do anything you do in flash using fireworks too... and much, much more.

If it looks bland and solid then don't pick the solid options. you got about 50 bazillion options on how to make anything. (heck, you have over 50 line styles raging from fluid spatter to pencil. and that's before you put in textures. and if that won't do you can go to costuming yourself a new variation)

That thing is way over complicated, I'm able to draw anything I need with Flash, and I daresay I've gotten damn good with it.

If I was to bother trying to use Fireworks, I'd have to learn how to draw with that thing, which is something I'm really not interested in when I can produce much higher quality work in Flash.

Simple distinction.
Fireworks is not vector-based.
Flash is.

On a side note, I dislike action-based comics, because I don't know how big the frames are going to be until I finish drawing them.
And because I can't 'write' them very well. (I'm making an action-based comic currently)

i'm confused now since I only has read from page 13 of this I think I missed something but the new avatar and all that posting about your gender has confused me Threeshades. why dont people write their gender if the others are confused with it that would be easier, but then discusing dumb details is fun and seem to be the reason to this thread so
