PC Advantages: More maps; quicker, free updates; custom maps (some of which are good, others are absolutely terrible); better game lobby; can be bought alone or with Orange Box

Xbox Advantages: Slower, less twitchy pace; smoother graphics; smaller chance of running into griefers

PC Disadvantages: May not run on all systems; controls can be difficult for console gamers; frame skip can interfere with graphics

Xbox Disadvantages: Only 6 maps; when updates come, they will cost ~$10; several easily exploited glitches (shooting through the gate before the match starts, sky walking, hiding sentry guns underground where you can't get them); game lobby sucks; only available in Orange Box (which you should probably get anyway)

If you've played shooters on the PC and liked them, I suggest PC. I have xbox, and when I tried playing on my friends computer, I couldn't handle it. The game feels like it moves faster and the controls weren't as familiar and comfortable as the xbox version.

They're working on it. Unfortunately, Microsoft won't let valve provide them as free downloads, so they're trying to get as much together and offer it all in one package.

I'm kinda frustrated, because Valve is one of the SLOWEST video game developers EVER. I think they spend all day playing TF2 instead of working.

The first one was an edit that was on a distant page when you edited it. The second one was from just before I put almost all of them in the arcive in the first place. Those don't really count as the first one I probably wouldn't see and the second one was before it was even a problem.

Although, Portal's basically half a game, too.

Shortness, lack of content. It's an amazing game despite (or perhaps because of) its simplicity, but, compared to, say, Half-Life, there's just so little content.
