IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
In case you didn't notice, we had a bit of a boards meltdown yesterday. You may have to mark all forums read, and you'll notice the Boards Issue threads all got eaten (Ray is working on restoring a few important ones.)
Everyone should look at their profile; a few people got theirs eaten. We've tried to restore them as best we can, but Ray may be along momentarily with instructions for people who got their ID's eaten.Rich Burlew

Re: IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
What happened to my hard drive? I don't know? It went for a walk. Anyway, it came back, but left a few things on it's journey.
There were a small handful of accounts that managed to get dropped, I've recreated them but had to reset the passwords. If you can't log in, e-mail [email protected] for the new password.

Re: IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
Oh, and everyone may have the problem where the board flags every thread as "New". Just click "Mark All Topics as Read" at the bottom of the screen to clear them.

Re: IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
I'm glad everything is back up! I was a victim of the meltdown. My whole user was wiped! But the Giant and Rawbear got everything back for me. Thanks guys.
I was on the boards when the meltdown happened. Everything was cool one minute and then suddenly the N/A's appeared. Then the Board Issues posts were eaten. Finally I couldn't even log in or post. Weird stuff.
Any other victims?

I got melted too. And I've gone back to being a Pixie in the playground...*sigh* Glad to be back though.
I have no idea what you're talking about...so here's a bunny with a pancake on its head.

Re: IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
Kai, if you remember your post count, let me know and I will adjust it back. You were a Dwarf, right? So at least 50.
EDIT: I figured out a way to check how many posts (not counting those on the Board Issues board that got eaten), so you are now reset at 65. :)Rich Burlew

Re: IMPORTANT: Boards Meltdown
Well, I rebuilt the Board Issues forum and fixed the post count, yay, we're back above 5K posts, *cheer* us.
I did one thing wrong tho, added all the old posts in reverse chronological order. But who goes back and reads them anyway? :P
